Engineering Services Agreement – Attachment A – Scope of Services. 1 B. LOCATION 2 The PROJECT site is located in the COUNTY and the City of Coachella (COACHELLA), approximately 1,300 3 feet west of State Route 86 (SR-86) in Riverside County, California.
Engineering Services Agreement – Attachment A – Scope of Services. 1 in accordance with the approved Technical Report and final Environmental Document including any 2 supplements and/or updates. Microstation (compatible with current CALTRANS version) software will be 3 used as the design software.
Engineering Services Agreement – Attachment A – Scope of Services. 1 3. The plans, designs, estimates, calculations, reports and other documents furnished in accordance with the 2 Scope of Services shall meet the criteria for acceptance and be a product of neat appearance, well 3 organized, technically and grammatically correct, checked and having the preparer and checker identified.
Engineering Services Agreement – Attachment A – Scope of Services. 1 background information, study methodology, interpretation of data, format and content are completed in 2 accordance with current standards.
Engineering Services Agreement – Attachment A – Scope of Services. 1 CONSULTANT will review and update the forecasts we prepared earlier this year but will refine for both Opening 2 Year and Design Year conditions. The RIVTAM model will be used to estimate these forecasts. The Opening 3 Year forecasts will be developed using interpolation between existing and Design Year volumes. At this point, 4 the project is anticipated to be a replacement of the existing bridge; as such, CONSULTANT anticipates doing 5 one set of operations assessments as the geometrics between the No Build and Build scenarios should be 6 consistent.
Engineering Services Agreement – Attachment A – Scope of Services. 1 of contact shall be developed. A description of the location, existing facility and potential conflicts with the project 2 shall be prepared. 3 If necessary, CONSULTANT will coordinate with COUNTY and other agencies to arrange for potholing to 4 confirm existing underground facilities. Ten (10) potholes are assumed and included in this scope of work and
Engineering Services Agreement – Attachment A – Scope of Services. 1 a title sheet, typical sections and details. The plans will also show limits of construction, project dimensions, 2 and general identification of work as well as the centerline and edge of pavement design. 3 The vertical alignment shall be based on the findings of the hydraulic profiles from CVWD’s proposed channel 4 improvement design. Bridge girders and soffits will clear the 100-year flood or the design flood water surface 5 with a required freeboard of “4-feet”. The existing profile grade shall be maintained to the maximum extent
Engineering Services Agreement – Attachment A – Scope of Services. 1 configuration in connection with the proposed Airport Boulevard Bridge replacement project. A total scour 2 elevation will be computed by adding the pier scour, contraction scour, and long-term degradation and 3 subtracting that from the existing channel invert elevation. CONSULTANT shall prepare a Preliminary Bridge 4 Design Hydraulics Study (BDHS) Report to summarize the recommendations and results from the hydraulic 5 and scour analysis for the proposed bridge crossing. This scope assumes that a sediment transport study or 6 alluvial fan study is not required.
Engineering Services Agreement – Attachment A – Scope of Services. 1 Detour Route: The detour route information will include the Detour Route Description, Average ADT, 2 Percentage of Trucks, Length of Detour, and Bridges on Detour Route.
