EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY POLICY. The CONSULTANT, their sub-consultant and/or sub-contractor or any person acting on behalf of the CONSULTANT or sub-consultant and/or sub-contractor will accept as their operating policy the following statement which is designed to further the provision of equal employment opportunity to all persons without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability or marital status, and to promote the full realization of equal employment opportunity through a positive continuing program. "It is the policy of this Company to assure that applicants are employed, and that employees are treated during employment, or during consideration for employment, without regard to their race, religion, sex, or color, national origin, age, disability or marital status. Such non-discriminatory action shall include, but not be limited to: employment, job assignment, upgrading, demotion, or transfer; recruitment or recruitment advertising; layoff or termination; rates of pay or other forms of compensation; and selection for training, including apprenticeship, pre-apprenticeship, and/or on-the-job training."
EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY POLICY. Both parties acknowledge that they are equal opportunity employers and agree that they do not and will not discriminate against, harass, or retaliate against any employee or job applicant on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity, or any other status or condition protected by applicable federal, state or local laws. Client will promptly investigate allegations of discrimination, harassment and retaliation and will report to Agency any suspected discrimination, harassment and/or retaliation either by or against Clinicians immediately.

It is the District’s policy to provide equal employment opportunities for all persons to be recruited, employed, placed, selected for training, trained, evaluated, promoted, demoted, laid off, terminated, compensated, assigned work and otherwise treated without regard to race, religious creed, color, national origin, ancestry, disability, medical condition, marital status, sex, age or sexual orientation. This Section is not subject to the Grievance Procedure of this Document.
EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY POLICY. The County of Mendocino has adopted an Equal Employment Opportunity Policy which shall govern any and all actions arising from employment discrimination matters. An employee may elect to utilize this policy or the grievance procedure to address a complaint of discrimination.
EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY POLICY. A. It is mutually agreed that there shall be no discrimination because of race, color, religion, sex, age, marital status, national origin, or physical disability unless based upon a bona fide job requirement. Union and Township representatives shall work cooperatively to assure the achievement of equal employment opportunities. Any employee who fails to cooperate to this end shall be subject to disciplinary action. Furthermore, employees who feel they have been discriminated against shall be encouraged to use the grievance provisions of this contract prior to seeking relief through other channels.

EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY POLICY. 1. The objectives of the District’s Equal Employment Opportunity Program are to further develop and maintain equal employment opportunity for all teachers; and to eliminate all traces of discrimination in employment practices because of race, color, religion, national origin, age, gender, or disability at all levels of employment throughout the entire District.
2. It is the policy of the Board to provide equal employment opportunity for all teachers and applicants for employment regardless of race, color, religion, national origin, age, gender, or handicap.
3. It is the responsibility of each and every employee of the District to ensure that equal employment opportunity exists.
4. The District will continue to cooperate with agencies of the federal and state government in fulfilling its legal and moral obligation in the area of equal employment opportunity.
EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY POLICY a) Companies with contracts, agreements or purchase orders valued at $10,000 or more or who have fifty or more employees are required to comply with the Affirmative Action Requirements attached as Schedule C-4. By signing a contract with CTDOT the contractor’s commits to complying with federal and state requirements to provide equal employment opportunity to all persons without regard to their race, color, religion, creed, sex, gender identity or expression, marital status, age, national origin, ancestry, status as a veteran, intellectual disability, mental disability, learning disability or physical disability, including but not limited to blindness, unless such disability prevents performance of the work involved and to promote the full realization of equal employment opportunity through a positive and continuous efforts.

The Contractor agrees that it will accept and implement during the performance of this contract as its operating policy the following statement which is designed to further the provision of Equal Employment Opportunity to all persons without regard to their age, race, color, religion, creed, national origin, ancestry, marital status, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, nationality or sex and to promote the full realization of Equal Employment Opportunity through a positive continuing program: “It is the policy of this company that it will not discriminate against any employee or applicant for employment because of age, race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, marital status, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, nationality or sex and that it will take Affirmative Action to ensure that applicants are recruited and employed and that employees are treated during employment without regard to their age, race, creed, color, national origin, ancestry, marital status, affectional or sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, disability, nationality or sex. Such action shall include, but not be limited to, the following: employment, upgrading, demotion or transfer; recruitment or recruitment advertising; layoff or termination; rates of pay or other forms of compensation; and selection for training, including apprenticeship.”
EQUAL EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY POLICY. The Vendor shall submit a copy of the Vendor’s Equal Opportunity Policy. EO Policies shall be submitted in hard copy and electronic format to the Director of the Bureau of Legislative Research accompanying the solicitation response. The Bureau of Legislative Research will maintain a file of all Vendor EO policies submitted in response to solicitations issued by the Bureau of Legislative Research. The submission is a one-time requirement, but Vendors are responsible for providing updates or changes to their respective policies.
