EVALUATION OF PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES. SECTION A: It is agreed that all non-itinerant certified/licensed teachers with the Northeast Kansas Education Service Center will be evaluated by Northeast Kansas Education Service Center administration and / or general education administrators employed by the district where the teacher is assigned. A Northeast Kansas Education Service Center special education administrator will evaluate itinerant licensed personnel. The building principals will be asked to assist in evaluations.

EVALUATION OF PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES. 3.01 A committee of administration, board and teaching personnel will be established to formulate a meaningful, constructive evaluation procedure. There will be a designated area on the instrument for teacher comment, and a copy of the evaluation will be given to the teacher.
EVALUATION OF PROFESSIONAL EMPLOYEES. All professional employees shall be subject to evaluation pursuant to current state regulations or any amendments thereto. A meeting time before the formal observation will be established as will a meeting time after the formal observation to discuss the results. Such post-observation meeting shall occur no later than 15 calendar days following the formal observation. Any employees evaluated by a formal observation shall be given a personal copy of the formal observation evaluation report prepared by the evaluator. No such report shall be placed in the employee’s file or otherwise acted upon without first holding the post-observation meeting and, if appropriate under the circumstances, offering suggestions for improvement in the employee’s work performance. No employee shall be required to sign an incomplete evaluation form. Employees shall be trained on the new evaluation system. Employees shall be rated only by persons certified by applicable law to do so. Informal and/or walk-through observations may occur at any time.

  • EVALUATION OF TEACHERS 1. All reports on the work of a teacher shall be in writing.

  • PROFESSIONAL RESPONSIBILITY (APPLIES TO RNS ONLY 19.01 The parties agree that resident care is enhanced if concerns relating to professional practice and workload are resolved in a timely and effective manner, as set out below; In the event that the Home assigns a number of residents or a workload to an individual employee or group of employees, such that she or they have cause to believe that she or they are being asked to perform more work than is consistent with proper resident care, she or they shall:

  • PROFESSIONAL GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE A. A claim by a teacher or the Association that there has been a violation, misinterpretation or misapplication of any provision of this Agreement or any rule, order or regulation of the Board may be processed as a grievance as hereinafter provided.

  • LABOR/MANAGEMENT COMMITTEES Section 1. Labor/Management Committees The parties recognize that the holding of periodic meetings for the exchange of views and information contributes to the effectiveness of the labor/management relationship. Therefore, the parties shall establish Labor/Management Committees (LMC), in accordance with the provisions in this Article, for the purpose of addressing matters of concern in the areas of personnel policies, practices, conditions of employment, and other matters affecting employees. Each LMC will be co-chaired by one member from labor and one member from management.

  • Professional Conduct Breaches of professional conduct and failure to perform at the established professional level are subject to disciplinary procedures. Examples of such breaches are: abuses of sick leave and other leaves, chronic tardiness, willful deficiencies in professional performance or proven incompetence, violation of Board policy, regulations and administrative directions not inconsistent with the terms of this Agreement and violation of the terms of this Agreement. Alleged breaches of professional conduct and reasons for possible disciplinary action shall be reported promptly to the offending Employee.

  • Scope of Professional Services 3.1 On the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement, COUNTY hereby engages CONTRACTOR to provide all labor, materials and equipment to complete the Project/Service in accordance with the Scope of Services, attached hereto and incorporated herein as Attachment A, as modified or clarified by Addendum(s) # , dated , attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference as Attachment B. It is understood that the Scope of Services may be modified by change order as the Project/Service progresses, but to be effective and binding, any such change order must be in writing, executed by the parties, and in accordance with the COUNTY’s Purchasing Policies and Procedures. A copy of these policies and procedures shall be made available to the CONTRACTOR upon request.
