Executive Support. The Company shall provide to the Executive office facilities, furniture, and equipment, secretarial and support personnel and other management level support services as the Executive shall reasonably require in connection with his performance of his duties under this Agreement.
Executive Support. 9.1. Provide comprehensive support to STARTTS Executive in handling media contacts and public relations matters. 9.2. Executive Support. 45 1.1 Arrange and maintain schedules of appointments, meetings and other commitments for COO and EDHP. 1.2 Screen incoming correspondence, redirect to appropriate staff for action; draw urgent and important items to the attention of COO and Executive Liaison Officer (ELO) and initiates appropriate actions to facilitate management of work flow through the office; draft and/or prepare correspondence where appropriate/required. 1.3 Maintain a diary/bring up system of commitments and reminders for the COO and EDHP required and initiate follow up with other staff to ensure that commitments are met. 1.4 Compile and collate files, papers and other information to brief the COO and EDHP on specific issues or in preparation of meetings. 1.5 Coordinates internal and external communication and correspondence for the COO and EDHP and other senior staff. 1.6 Receive and screen visitors and phone calls and redirect to other staff as appropriate. 1.7 Arranges travel and accommodation requirements in liaison with the COO and EDHP and other staff as required.
Executive Support. Microsoft executives will support the closing of ----------------- important sales transactions, lending credibility as to the scalability and capability of Microsoft platform products and OneSoft Internet commerce products. OneSoft executives will support Microsoft marketing messages and positioning, and support Microsoft sales efforts with testimonial where relevant.

Draws the Area Director’s attention to urgent and important items and takes action. 1.4 Maintains a bring-up system and diary of commitments. Reminds the Area Director of actions required; and undertakes follow-up with other staff to ensure commitments are met. 1.5 Compiles, collates and prepares files, papers, briefing notes and other information for the Area Director. 1.6 Receives and screens visitors and phone calls and redirects to other staff as appropriate. 1.7 Drafts, types correspondence and reports, and prepares complex documents to a high standard of accuracy and presentation. 1.8 Maintains staff divisional training records on databases.
Executive Support. SpectRx will provide the Executive with use of a Director level office with a window (Xxxxxxx Xxxxx'x office) at SpectRx for six months from the termination (on the condition that the Executive not disrupt Company's operations in any material way) with reasonable access to office machines, internet access and 12 months of access (including remote access) to present E-mail (XXxxxxxx@xxxxxxx.xxx). For so long as it does not interfere with Company's operations, the Executive will be allowed to park up to two vehicles at the Company's facility. After the Executive is no longer CEO, for a period of six months, all incoming calls for Executive will be answered: "Xx. Xxxxxxx has retired from SpectRx; however, he still consults for the Company and maintains an office here and can be reached at (phone number to be inserted)." After this six month period ends, through the remaining term of this Agreement, all incoming calls for Executive will be answered "Xx. Xxxxxxx has retired from SpectRx; however, he still consults with us and he can be reached at (phone number to be inserted) or E-mail address of (E-mail address to be inserted)."
Executive Support. During the Employment Term, the Company shall provide to the Executive the existing office facilities, furniture, fixtures and equipment used by Executive, and shall provide secretarial and support personnel and other management level support services as the Executive shall reasonably request in connection with his performance of his obligations under this Agreement.
