Federation Dues. 6-4-1 The Denver Federation for Paraprofessionals and Nutrition Service Employee’s (Food Service Workers) dues will be established by their constitution and bylaws and the amount of such dues will be sent to the District by September 15 of each year.

Federation Dues. The Board shall deduct the uniform and periodic Federation dues from the paychecks of any employee who voluntarily authorizes in writing that such deductions be made. The Board shall transmit dues deducted from the paychecks of employees to the Federation promptly following the delivery of paychecks to employees. The Board shall make every effort to transmit dues within five (5) days of paycheck delivery.

Federation Dues. 12.1.1 On each pay date on which a Member is paid the Board shall deduct from each Member the OSSTF dues and any dues chargeable by the Bargaining Unit. The amounts shall be determined by OSSTF and/or the Bargaining Unit in accordance with their respective constitutions and forwarded, in writing, to the Board at least thirty (30) days prior to the expected date of change. 12.1.2 The OSSTF dues deducted in 12.1.1 shall be remitted to the Treasurer of OSSTF at 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx X0X 0X0 no later than the fifteenth of the month following the month in which the deductions were made. Such remittance shall be accompanied by a List identifying the Members, their S.I.N. numbers, annual salary, salary for the period, and the amounts deducted. 12.1.3 Dues specified by the Bargaining Unit in 12.1.1, if any, shall be deducted and remitted to the Treasurer of OSSTF District 2 no later than the fifteenth (15) of the month following the month in which the deductions were made. Such remittance shall be accompanied by a List identifying the Members, their S.I.N. numbers, annual salary, salary for the period, and the amount deducted. 12.1.4 OSSTF and/or the Bargaining Unit, as the case may be, shall indemnify and hold the Board harmless from any claims, suits, attachments and any form of liability as a result of deductions authorized by OSSTF and/or the Bargaining Unit.

Federation Dues. (a) The Federation dues will be met by a monthly deduction from the Faculty Member’s salary. (b) At any time, a Faculty Member may become a Federation Member by submitting to Human Resources, on forms supplied by the Federation or Human Resources, a request for payroll deduction of Federation dues. The District shall provide a copy of the Faculty Member’s completed form to the Federation and to Payroll within one (1) week of receiving the completed form. (c) The District will provide to each Faculty Member (1) upon hire, or (2) upon request from the Faculty Member, information provided by the Federation regarding membership in the Federation.

Federation Dues. 1. The Federation shall hold the Board harmless against any and all claims, demands, liabilities, lawsuits, counsel fees or other cost which may arise out of, or be by reason of, the administration or enforcement of the provisions of this section. 2. The Federation shall certify to the Board in writing the current rate of its membership dues. 3. The Board agrees to provide payroll deductions for professional labor organizations as said professional staff members individually and voluntarily authorize said deduction. The deductions will be transmitted to an individual designated by the President of the labor organization.

Federation Dues. An amount authorized in writing to the County 14 by the FOPPO Treasurer, of the gross monthly salary for those Federation members 15 who individually request such deductions in writing on the form provided by the 16 Federation.

Federation Dues. 31.01 On each pay date on which an employee is paid, the Employer shall deduct from each employee the OSSTF dues and any dues chargeable by the Bargaining Unit or an equivalent amount. The amounts shall be determined by OSSTF and/or the Bargaining Unit in accordance with their respective constitutions and forwarded, in writing, to the Employer at least thirty (30) days prior to the expected date of the change. 31.02 The OSSTF dues deducted in Article 31.01 shall be remitted to the Treasurer of OSSTF at 00 Xxxxxx Xxxxx, Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxxx, X0X 0X0 no later than the fifteenth of the month following the date on which the deductions were made. Such remittance shall be accompanied by a list identifying the employees, their Social Insurance Numbers, annual salary, salary for the period and the amounts deducted. 31.03 Dues specified by the Bargaining Unit, if any, shall be deducted and remitted to the Treasurer of OSSTF, District 17 Simcoe at the District OSSTF office no later than the fifteenth of the month following the date on which the deductions were made. Such remittance shall be accompanied by a list identifying the employees, their Social Insurance numbers, annual salary, salary for the period and the amounts deducted. 31.04 OSSTF and/or the Bargaining Unit, as the case may be, shall indemnify and hold the Employer harmless from any claims, suits, attachments and any form of liability as a result of such deductions authorized by OSSTF and/or the Bargaining Unit.

Federation Dues. A. Upon filing with the Employer a written authorization form for payroll deductions, signed by the employee, the Employer agrees to deduct Federation membership dues levied in accordance with the Constitution and By-Laws of the Federation, from the pay of such employee who is currently on the Cheboygan-Otsego-Presque Isle Educational Service District payroll. B. Deductions, in accordance with Paragraph A of this Article, from seventeen (17-19) paychecks, shall be in the amount stipulated by the Federation for the term of the Agreement, and shall commence with the first paycheck issued in October of each year. No more than two (2) deductions will be made per month. The Employer agrees to forward such deductions, along with a list of the employees from whom the deductions have been made, within twenty (20) days following the last deduction of the month to the Treasurer of the Federation. C. The Employer shall forward to the Federation a list of all employees within the bargaining unit and their assignments at the commencement of the school year. Any assignments that are still pending shall be forwarded within five (5) business days after they are determined. Further, the Administration shall notify the Federation Treasurer of any employee in the bargaining unit entering or leaving employment. D. The Federation agrees at least ten (10) days prior to the beginning of each school year to give written notification to the Employer of the amounts to be deducted in that year for Federation dues or service fees as described in (A) under such authorization covering Federation dues. The Federation further agrees to notify the Employer, at additional times as may be necessary, any changes in the Federation dues. E. The Employer agrees, in the event that it or its agents have been shown to have deducted insufficient amounts from any member of the bargaining unit, to increase the following deduction in the amount of the demonstrated insufficiency. The Federation agrees, in the event that it has received monies in excess of authorized deductions, to reimburse the employee(s) in the amount of the demonstrated excess.

Federation Dues. The Employer shall honor an employee’s individually authorized deduction forms and shall make such deductions in the amounts certified by the Union for union dues, assessments, or fees. Authorized deductions shall be irrevocable except in accordance with the terms under which an employee voluntarily authorized said deductions. Dues revocations are processed by the Union. In the event that an employee revokes his/her dues in accordance with the terms in which he/she authorized the dues deductions, the Union will notify the employer after the close of the revocation window. The Federation shall indemnify and hold harmless the Board, its members, officers, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims, demands, actions, complaints, suits, or other forms of liability that shall arise out of, or by reason of, action taken by the Board for the purpose of complying with the above provisions of this Article, or in reliance on any list, notice, certification, affidavit, or assignment furnished by the Federation.
