Final Clean-upCosts of final clean-up of the Project.
Final Clean-up. At the conclusion of the construction work, the contractor shall restore all streets, ditches, drainage ways, including fine grading and seeding; ensure positive drainage with no standing water; clean the entire site of all construction debris; and remove all temporary fencing facilities, equipment and unused materials. The GFHOA will give approval as to whether the final clean up has been completed to its satisfaction.
Final Clean-up. Upon completion of the Work and before acceptance and final payment, Contractor shall remove from the street and adjacent property, all surplus and discarded materials, equipment, rubbish and temporary structures; restore in an acceptable manner all property, both public and private, which has been damaged during the prosecution of the Work; and shall leave the site in a neat and presentable condition subject to the approval of the Engineer.
Final Clean-up. Upon the conclusion of the construction work, the Contractor shall restore all pavements, roadways, verges, ditches and drainage channels, to their original condition, including fine grading and seeding, assure positive drainage with no standing water, clean the entire Site of all construction debris and refuse, and remove all temporary fencing facilities, equipment and unused materials. Where necessary, verges are to be levelled to their original condition, grass sods laid and any trees destroyed replaced, in liaison with the Landscape Consultant. The Estate Manager will, on completion of the Building Contract, as part of the approval of the as-built plans by the Association, carry out an inspection of the works inclusive of the verges and services.
Final Clean-up. ‌ 4.20.1 At the end of the job, thoroughly clean the building of all rubbish and surplus materials. 4.20.2 Make good all damaged areas in the building caused as a result of the Work of this Contract. 4.20.3 Do final cleaning, waxing and polishing of resilient flooring.
Final Clean-up. A. Before acceptance of the work, the Contractor shall remove from the site all machinery, equipment, surplus materials, rubbish, temporary buildings, barricades and signs. B. All parts of the work shall be left in a neat and presentable condition. C. On all areas used or occupied by the Contractor, regardless of the contract limits, the Bidder shall clean-up all sites and storage grounds.
Final Clean-up. At completion of the project, Contractor is to provide a thorough janitorial cleaning of the entire premises (and surrounding areas affected by the construction), including but not necessarily limited to the following: a. Interior glass, mullions, and all interiors of exterior glass. b. High and low dusting (including baseboards). c. Light fixtures. d. All sinks, cabinets, and countertops. e. All mini-blinds or other window coverings. f. Vacuum all carpeted floors. g. Mop all tile, VCT and other hard surfaced floors.

Where necessary verges and pavements and to be levelled and restored to their original condition, ‘grass sods’ laid and any trees destroyed replaced, in liaison with the Estate Landscaping Consultant. The Estate Manager, or Building Control Manager will, on completion of the contract, as part of the approval of the As-built drawings by XXXXXX, carry out an inspection of the site, inclusive of the verges and services, with the Principal Agent and building contractor.
Final Clean-up. 1.10.1. During the Project's final cleanup, the Contractor shall remove from the site(s) all machinery, equipment, surplus and discarded materials, rubbish, temporary structures, and stumps or portions of trees. The streets and adjacent properties in the Project shall be repaired to as good or better condition than existed prior to construction. This shall include removal of all dirt or mud from streets and lawns. No extra payment shall be made for these items. The Contractor shall leave the Project in a neat and presentable condition. 1.10.2. The Contractor shall provide written notification to the Project Manager that the Work is complete and the site (s) ready for final inspection. If the Project Manager determines that the Work is not complete, he will immediately notify the Contractor in writing, stating the reasons. If the Project Manager determines the Work is complete, the Project Manager and Owner will inspect within seven (7) calendar days and prepare a final cleanup list. When the final cleanup list is completed by the Contractor and inspected by the Project Manager, the Project Manager will recommend to the Owner that the Work be accepted. The Owner will then initiate the Acceptance and Final Payment procedures as stated in Section 7.9. The final cleanup shall be completed before the expiration of the Contract's Time of Completion as set forth in the Contract Documents.
