Final Plans, Specifications and Estimate. This task includes preparation of Final PS&E package for bidding purposes. The final plans, Special Provisions and construction cost estimate must incorporate revisions agreed to and documented in the 90% Comment Log (subtask 7.15). Contractor shall develop a schedule of items outlining submittal requirements, timelines and required meetings.
Final Plans, Specifications and Estimate. Consultant shall provide final design and plan preparation services for the plan set elements outlined in Task 7, 95% Design. Consultant to provide final plan set of signed plans and specifications for project bidding. A PDF version of the final plans, specifications, and estimate will also be provided to the City. The specifications will include a project bid schedule. Final Plans, Specifications and Estimate. (PS&E) The CONSULTANT will revise the plans based on final comments and input from the COUNTY. The CONSULTANT will prepare the final contract documents and stamp the plan set for production of the final construction bid documents. The CONSULTANT will transmit electronic document files to the COUNTY in MS WORD format and AutoCAD. Transmittal can be uploaded to a shared cloud-file storage and/or with memory devices. Final Plans, Specifications and Estimate. Within this task, we will submit final stamped and signed mylars, camera-ready specifications, and construction estimates in Microsoft excel. Comments will be addressed from the 90% review. Cost estimates will be prepared for the proposed project at the 30%, 75%, 90% and final submittals. Quantities will be developed in accordance with County standard pay items. Caltrans Construction Cost Database will be used to estimate item prices, unless otherwise directed by the County. Project estimates will show individual pay items, quantities, and costs as well as project cost summary, including appropriate supplemental work items and contingencies. We will submit an electronic version of all work items. The County of Marin will be responsible for the preparation of the “front-end” specifications.
Final Plans, Specifications and Estimate. Prepare and submit plans, specifications and estimates to the City for final review. Previous review comments received from the City will be tabulated; responses will be addressed and incorporated on the project plans as necessary. Upon verification of all comments incorporated into the final submittal, BEN|EN will provide a PS&E stamped copy. Additional revisions to final PS&E set will be done as part of an amendment if required at this phase of the project.

  • Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications Prior to the Commercial Operation Date, the Connecting Transmission Owner shall test the Connecting Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades and Developer shall test the Large Generating Facility and the Developer Attachment Facilities to ensure their safe and reliable operation. Similar testing may be required after initial operation. Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner shall each make any modifications to its facilities that are found to be necessary as a result of such testing. Developer shall bear the cost of all such testing and modifications. Developer shall generate test energy at the Large Generating Facility only if it has arranged for the injection of such test energy in accordance with NYISO procedures.

  • Post-Commercial Operation Date Testing and Modifications Each Party shall at its own expense perform routine inspection and testing of its facilities and equipment in accordance with Good Utility Practice as may be necessary to ensure the continued interconnection of the Large Generating Facility with the Participating TO’s Transmission System in a safe and reliable manner. Each Party shall have the right, upon advance written notice, to require reasonable additional testing of the other Party’s facilities, at the requesting Party’s expense, as may be in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Escrow Format Specification 3.1. Deposit’s Format. Registry objects, such as domains, contacts, name servers, registrars, etc. will be compiled into a file constructed as described in draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-registry-data-escrow, see Part A, Section 9, reference 1 of this Specification and draft-xxxxx-xxxxxxx-dnrd-objects-mapping, see Part A, Section 9, reference 2 of this Specification (collectively, the “DNDE Specification”). The DNDE Specification describes some elements as optional; Registry Operator will include those elements in the Deposits if they are available. If not already an RFC, Registry Operator will use the most recent draft version of the DNDE Specification available at the Effective Date. Registry Operator may at its election use newer versions of the DNDE Specification after the Effective Date. Once the DNDE Specification is published as an RFC, Registry Operator will implement that version of the DNDE Specification, no later than one hundred eighty (180) calendar days after. UTF-8 character encoding will be used.

  • DAF Specifications Developer shall submit initial specifications for the DAF, including System Protection Facilities, to Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO at least one hundred eighty (180) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date; and final specifications for review and comment at least ninety (90) Calendar Days prior to the Initial Synchronization Date. Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO shall review such specifications to ensure that the DAF are compatible with the technical specifications, operational control, and safety requirements of the Connecting Transmission Owner and NYISO and comment on such specifications within thirty (30) Calendar Days of Developer’s submission. All specifications provided hereunder shall be deemed to be Confidential Information.

  • Certificate of Completion The Interconnection Customer shall provide the EDC with a completed copy of the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion, including evidence of the electrical inspection performed by the local authority having jurisdiction. The evidence of completion of the electrical inspection may be provided on inspection forms used by local inspecting authorities. The Interconnection request shall not be finally approved until the EDC’s representative signs the Interconnection Agreement Certificate of Completion.
