Fringe Benefit Eligibility. 20.861 PGP payments for which a man is eligible, pri- or to any reduction or offset for unemployment insurance or jury duty pay, shall be credited when required to establish xxx- gibility for Welfare Plan coverage, a qualifying year under the Pension Plan and a qualifying year of past service for addition- al vacation under Section 7.12.
Fringe Benefit Eligibility. Teachers must be employed at least one-half time to receive pro-rated benefits (50% of the premium cost) for which they are eligible. Teachers working more than half-time but less than full-time will receive pro-rated benefits for coverage in which they qualify (ex. a two-thirds time teacher would qualify for 67% of premium cost). The same formula will apply to part-time teachers who opt to forego the hospital medical insurance (ex. a two-thirds time teacher electing not to receive hospital medical insurance will receive 67% of the negotiated cash in lieu amount).
Fringe Benefit Eligibility. 6.861 All Pay Guarantee Plan hours for which a man is eligible for payment shall count toward his Welfare Plan and Pension Plan eligibility. A man’s Pay Guarantee Plan hours will be calculated by dividing the Pay Guarantee Plan pay- ments for which he is eligible by the basic straight time rate.
Fringe Benefit Eligibility. Employees hired to work twenty (20) or more hours per week with the expectation of six months or more continued employment in the Print Plant shall participate in the Employer's fringe benefit programs. Other employees shall receive an eight percent wage premium in lieu of fringe benefits but may also participate in the Worker's Compensation or Unemployment Compensation programs if eligible by State law.
Fringe Benefit Eligibility. All employees shall be entitled to fringe benefits upon completion of three (3) months of continuous probationary employment, except as follows: • Compassionate Leave – as per Article 6.5; • Medical Services Plan of British Columbia and Extended Health Benefits Plan – as per Article 6.10; • Dental Plan – as per Article 6.11; • Group Life Insurance – as per Article 6.12; • Municipal Pension Plan – upon completion of six (6) months unless the Rules of the Municipal Pension Plan require earlier enrolment; • Public Holidays – upon commencement of employment; • Regular Part‐Time and Auxiliary Employees – as per Schedule “F”.
Fringe Benefit Eligibility. A. Employees budgeted to work at least one (1) hour but less than sixteen (16) hours per week are not entitled to most Hospital sponsored fringe benefit plans. Of those benefits that they may be eligible for, they do not receive any Hospital contribution towards the premium for that benefit.
Fringe Benefit Eligibility. All bargaining unit members must work at least five (5) hours per day and five (5) days per week to be eligible for paid fringe benefits. Effective September 1997, all bargaining unit employees who are currently working four (4) hours or more in the same classification will be grandfathered for all benefits.

Eligible part-time employees shall be provided health insurance at the single subscriber rate. Eligible employees may elect the following fringe benefit option. Employees (if eligible) electing not to receive hospital, medical insurance will have the option to receive a cash amount of One Thousand Nine Hundred and Eighty ($1,980.00) Dollars. The cash amount will be paid as wages in accordance with the District’s payroll practices.
