Further Agreements and Assurances. The Purchaser and the Originators each agree to execute and deliver to the other such additional documents, instruments or agreements as may be necessary or appropriate to effectuate the purposes of this Agreement. The Originators and the Servicer acknowledge that with respect to some or all of the Mortgage Loans, the Purchaser intends to effect one or more Whole Loan Transfers and/or one or more Pass-Through Transfers. Further Agreements and Assurances. The Seller and the Buyer each agrees to use reasonable efforts to execute, acknowledge and deliver to the other or otherwise facilitate such further acts or assurances or additional documents, instruments or agreements and to take such other steps or actions to confirm or better or more fully evidence or. effect the transaction described in this Agreement as may reasonably be necessary, desirable or appropriate and within its power.
