Hours of Work, Overtime, and Compensatory Time. Section 1. The standard work week for all employees covered by the terms of this Agreement shall be forty (40) hours and the standard work day shall be eight (8) hours, exclusive of an unpaid meal period. The work week shall commence at 12:00 midnight on Saturday of each calendar week and end at 12:00 midnight the following Saturday.

  • HOURS OF WORK AND OVERTIME 12.01 The following paragraphs and sections are intended to define the normal hours of work and shall not be construed as a guarantee of hours of work per day or per week, or of days of work per week.

  • 00 - HOURS OF WORK 14.01 The Employer does not guarantee to provide work to any employee for regularly assigned hours or any other hours, except as provided for in Article 18.00.
