HOW TO BOOK. 2.1 You must contact us prior to making a booking to obtain confirmation of availability. Subject to availability and on your request, a provisional booking will then be made. 2.2 We will send you a booking letter, invoice & rental agreement which needs to be filled in, signed and returned within 10 days. In signing the rental agreement, the person who signs it certifies that he/she is authorised to agree to the Terms & Conditions on behalf of all persons occupying the gîte, including those substituted/added at a later date. The signatory must be a member of the party occupying the property and must be 18 years or over. 2.3 A £500 non-refundable deposit must be paid within 10 days of receiving the rental agreement (please refer to your invoice for details on how to pay). Failure to meet this requirement may result in the cancellation of the provisional booking.

HOW TO BOOK. To make a booking with us, you are required to complete our online Booking Form & make a non-refundable payment of US$500.00 per person to proceed. It is your responsibility to ensure that names used to make the booking are exactly as they appear on the respective passports. Please be aware that any name, initial or spelling changes made after booking confirmation may result in a supplier imposed fee and/or you being unable to travel.

HOW TO BOOK. 1.1 Having paid your booking fee online and completed the online Booking Form you are then confirmed on the trip. The amount of the booking fee is £200 (unless purchased under any promotion) and is non- refundable. If booking under a promotion or Trailblazer package, usual items received (such as but not limited to guide books, promotional clothing etc) are not included. 1.2 If you are under 18 years of age, your parents or guardian must also sign the Booking Form, stating their relationship to you. 1.3 The itinerary will confirm key details of your Adventure and inclusions in the price. If you have elected to pay by direct debit we require this to be paid in full before the departure date. Full and final payment will be required at least 90 days before departure if you are paying by interim direct debit. We will require an interim payment to cover your flight deposit at either 3 months after booking or 11 months before departure, whichever date falls first. 1.4 The contract between you and us is made on the date you pay your trip booking fee.
HOW TO BOOK. 1.1 You will need to fill out and sign an Application for Hireage form and return to the Manager before your booking can be accepted. Without this the Hastings District Council is free to cancel any pencil bookings and re-allocate to another applicant. All hirers wishing to run an event at the Sports Centre must arrange a meeting with the Centre Manager a minimum of one month prior to their event, to discuss any additional requirements that may require resource consent. 1.2 Applications for the hire of the Hastings Sports Centre can be made to the Hastings Sports Centre Manager via email xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx@xxx.xxxx.xx or via the website xxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxx.xxxx.xx/hastings-sports-centre. 1.3 Users may be required to provide a bond which the Hastings District Council will hold until such time as the group discontinues use. (This bond may be forfeited in the event that the ‘regular’ or ‘casual’ booking is cancelled within ten (10) days of the booking date, or in the case of a ‘large event’ or ‘termly’ booking is cancelled within 3 weeks of the booking date). This may involve forfeiting the full hireage charges applicable to the Hastings District Council. Depending on the size of the booking you may also be required to pay the hireage fee in its entirety prior to the booking start date. 1.4 If another group makes an application to book the Sports Centre on the same day that has been requested, the Hastings District Council will contact the initial applicant to let them know they have forty eight (48) hours to confirm their booking by payment of the bond. If, after forty eight (48) hours, the Hastings District Council has received no bond money, the booking will be forfeited and the time slot given to the alternative applicant. The Hastings District Council shall not be responsible for any loss incurred as a result. 1.5 The bond will be refunded if no damage or extra cleaning is required as a result of the hireage to which it relates. In the event that repairs or undue cleaning is required, the bond will be forfeited in whole or in part at the discretion of the Hastings Sports Centre Manager. HOW TO BOOK. It is possible to provisionally book a place on a course by telephoning 020 8521 0665. Provisional bookings will expire 5 days prior to the date of the course if registration forms have not been received. To confirm the provisional booking the registration form must be completed and returned to Community Transport Waltham Forest who will process the form and send a confirmation letter providing instructions for the training session. Practical driving assessments cannot be guaranteed to take place on the same day as the theory session, in order to keep costs down we normally use one instructor to deliver all the training which requires booking a practical driving assessment on the 3 days following the theory test. We are however able to offer a same day assessment for an additional £20 as this would enable us to book an additional instructor to do the on road assessment. If you are unable to access the internet we can send out the registration form by post.

Accordingly, until the end of all Royalty Term(s) in the EISAI Territory, EPIZYME shall keep confidential, and not publish or otherwise disclose, and not use for any purpose other than to fulfill EPIZYME’s obligations, or exercise EPIZYME’s rights, hereunder any EPIZYME Know-How Controlled by EPIZYME or EPIZYME Collaboration Know-How, in each case that are primarily applicable to EZH2 or EZH2 Compounds (the “Product Information”), except to the extent (a) the Product Information is in the public domain through no fault of EPIZYME, (b) such disclosure or use is expressly permitted under Section 9.3, or (c) such disclosure or use is otherwise expressly permitted by the terms and conditions of this Agreement. For purposes of Section 9.3, each Party shall be deemed to be both the Disclosing Party and the Receiving Party with respect to Product Information. For clarification, the disclosure by EPIZYME to EISAI of Product Information shall not cause such Product Information to cease to be subject to the provisions of this Section 9.2 with respect to the use and disclosure of such Confidential Information by EPIZYME.   • Access to Books and Records (a) The Borrower and the Guarantors will make and keep books, records and accounts in which full, true and correct entries in conformity with GAAP are made of all financial dealings and transactions in relation to its business and activities, including, without limitation, an accurate and fair reflection of the transactions and dispositions of the assets of the Borrower and the Guarantors. (b) The Borrower and the Guarantors will permit, to the extent not prohibited by applicable law or contractual obligations, any representatives designated by the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Trustee or any Governmental Authority that is authorized to supervise or regulate the operations of a Lender, as designated by such Lender, upon reasonable prior written notice and, so long as no Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, at no out-of-pocket cost to the Borrower and the Guarantors, to (x) visit and inspect the Collateral and the properties of the Borrower and the Guarantors, (y) examine its books and records, and (z) discuss its affairs, finances and condition with its officers and independent accountants, all at such reasonable times during normal business hours and as often as reasonably requested (it being understood that a representative of the Borrower will be present) subject to any restrictions in any applicable Collateral Document; provided that if an Event of Default has occurred and is continuing, the Borrower and the Guarantors shall be responsible for the reasonable costs and expenses of any visits of the Administrative Agent, the Collateral Trustee and the Lenders, acting together (but not separately); provided, further, that with respect to Collateral and matters relating thereto, the rights of Administrative Agent, the Collateral Trustee and the Lenders under this Section 5.13 shall, subject to the inspection provisions of the applicable Collateral Documents, be limited to the following: upon the request of the Administrative Agent or the Collateral Trustee, the applicable Grantor will permit the Administrative Agent and/or the Collateral Trustee or any of its agents or representatives, at reasonable times and intervals upon reasonable prior notice, to (x) visit during normal business hours its offices, sites and properties and (y) inspect any documents relating to (i) the existence of such Collateral, (ii) with respect to Collateral other than Pledged Routes, Pledged Slots and Pledged Gate Leaseholds, the condition of such Collateral, and (iii) the validity, perfection and priority of the Liens on such Collateral, and to discuss such matters with its officers, except to the extent the disclosure of any such document or any such discussion would result in the applicable Grantor’s violation of its contractual or legal obligations. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.
