Information and Dues Remitted to the Union. (a) Union dues so deducted shall be remitted to the President of the Union no later than the 15th day of the month following the date of deduction. The Employer shall also provide the Union with a list of names and addresses of employees from whose wages such deductions were made, together with the amount deducted from such employees.

The list will also include names of employees who have been hired and who have terminated from each worksite for the previous month. The parties will maintain the current practice for transmission of this information until such time as the employer has the ability to provide this information in an electronic format.
