Lead Dispatcher. Lead Dispatcher. The Chief may appoint a dispatcher to serve as the “Lead Dispatcher”. Such appointment shall be considered to be a specialist assignment and the Chief may appoint and remove a dispatcher from such assignment at any time at the Chief’s discretion. The Lead Dispatcher shall receive a stipend per fiscal year, paid at the end of the fiscal year. The stipend for Fiscal Year 2020 shall be fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500.00). The stipend for Fiscal Year 2021 shall be two thousand dollars ($2,000.00). The stipend for Fiscal Year 2022 shall be twenty-five hundred dollars ($2,500.00). Such stipend shall be prorated for service as a Lead Dispatcher of less than a full fiscal year.

Lead Dispatcher. A. The Lead Dispatcher shall be the Terminal Agency Coordinator (TAC) Officer. When the Lead Dispatcher's scheduled hours are changed, specifically for performing duties as a Lead Dispatcher or TAC-related duties, it will not trigger additional compensation under Article 17, Section 8, or any other Article of this Agreement. B. Whenever the Lead Dispatcher position is vacated, the department will post a notice for five (5) days to give employees an opportunity to express interest in the assignment. The assignment will be based on qualifications, experience, and past job performance. Should the position not be filled by the administration internally, the position will be filled utilizing the City's Civil Service process.
Lead Dispatcher a. An employee designated as a Lead Dispatcher will receive premium pay of seven and one-half percent (7.5%) of the employee's monthly base salary for each month during which the employee is designated to serve as a Lead. b. The intention of this position is to serve as a training and development tool for employees seeking to advance in the District, as well as to provide for additional supervision of the work performed when a regular full time supervisor is not present. c. To qualify as a Lead Dispatcher, employees will be required to submit a written request for consideration which outlines their qualifications; must "meet standards" in each category of their most recent performance evaluation; and, must have the endorsement of their immediate supervisor. The final decision on who is assigned will rest with the Director. This is not intended to be a permanent classification, and at the discretion of the Director, employees may be rotated through available positions. d. When serving as Lead Dispatcher, employees must be willing to assume the responsibilities assigned to the role of Lead Dispatcher by the District, including, but not limited to, ensuring the rules and regulations of the District are followed. Lead Dispatchers are not expected to administer discipline, but they are expected to ensure that any inappropriate conduct that comes to their attention is immediately addressed and reported to their supervisor. They are also expected to report violations of policy to their supervisor.
Lead Dispatcher. The City agrees to recognize one dispatcher as the Lead Dispatcher. The Lead Dispatcher will be selected based on experience and being the most qualified applicant. Among other responsibilities, the Lead Dispatcher shall be the agency TAC. The Lead Dispatcher shall be compensated an additional $0.50 an hour over his/her regular rate of pay.

New employees with no previous experience as outlined in Addendum A will be placed at step one (1) upon hire and will progress through the steps per the City of Helena Personnel Policy section code 30-2A (attached) based on hire date, successful completion of the probationary period, and/or fiscal year.

Furniture contractors will not be responsible for the removal/moving of existing furnishings unless requested by the ordering entity. Contractors should verify site readiness prior to delivery.   • TEXT MESSAGING WHILE DRIVING In accordance with Executive Order (EO) 13513, “Federal Leadership on Reducing Text Messaging While Driving,” any and all text messaging by Federal employees is banned: a) while driving a Government owned vehicle (GOV) or driving a privately owned vehicle (POV) while on official Government business; or b) using any electronic equipment supplied by the Government when driving any vehicle at any time. All cooperators, their employees, volunteers, and contractors are encouraged to adopt and enforce policies that ban text messaging when driving company owned, leased or rented vehicles, POVs or GOVs when driving while on official Government business or when performing any work for or on behalf of the Government.

  • Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

  • Shipment Terms Seller shall ship Goods in the method identified by AGILENT to permit Seller to meet the delivery date(s) identified by AGILENT on the face of this Order (“Delivery Date”). If Seller ships by any other method, Seller shall pay any resulting increase in the cost of freight. Materials must be stored in original undamaged packaging in such a manner to ensure proper ventilation and drainage, and to protect against damage, weather, vandalism, and theft until ready for installation.
