Lead Dispatcher. A. The Lead Dispatcher shall be the Terminal Agency Coordinator (TAC) Officer. When the Lead Dispatcher's scheduled hours are changed, specifically for performing duties as a Lead Dispatcher or TAC-related duties, it will not trigger additional compensation under Article 17, Section 8, or any other Article of this Agreement.

Lead Dispatcher. Lead Dispatcher. The Chief may appoint a dispatcher to serve as the “Lead Dispatcher”. Such appointment shall be considered to be a specialist assignment and the Chief may appoint and remove a dispatcher from such assignment at any time at the Chief’s discretion. The Lead Dispatcher shall receive a stipend per fiscal year, paid at the end of the fiscal year. The stipend for Fiscal Year 2020 shall be fifteen hundred dollars ($1,500.00). The stipend for Fiscal Year 2021 shall be two thousand dollars ($2,000.00). The stipend for Fiscal Year 2022 shall be twenty-five hundred dollars ($2,500.00). Such stipend shall be prorated for service as a Lead Dispatcher of less than a full fiscal year.
Lead Dispatcher a. An employee designated as a Lead Dispatcher will receive premium pay of seven and one-half percent (7.5%) of the employee's monthly base salary for each month during which the employee is designated to serve as a Lead.
Lead Dispatcher. Dispatchers temporarily promoted as lead dispatchers shall receive a five percent (5%) pay differential for the period assigned to that capacity.
Lead Dispatcher. The Lead Dispatcher shall be responsible for dispatching, assisting in filling bus schedules and communicating with parents and teachers regarding bus schedules and delays.

Among other responsibilities, the Lead Dispatcher shall be the agency TAC. The Lead Dispatcher shall be compensated an additional $0.50 an hour over his/her regular rate of pay.

On July 1, 2018 (FY19) the final FY18 matrix will be increased by the Commission approved COLA for all employees in the telecommunicator classifications. On July 1, 2019 (FY20) the FY19 matrix will be increased by the Commission approved COLA for all employees in the telecommunicator classifications. New employees with previous experience that meets the criteria listed below will be placed in the appropriate step after completion of the training program. Employees will then progress through the steps (if applicable) as per the City of Helena Personnel Policy section code 30- 2A (attached) based on hire date, successful completion of the probationary period, and/or fiscal year. New employees with no previous experience as outlined in Addendum A will be placed at step one (1) upon hire and will progress through the steps per the City of Helena Personnel Policy section code 30-2A (attached) based on hire date, successful completion of the probationary period, and/or fiscal year. Lead Dispatcher a. As soon as practicable after the execution of this Agreement, the City shall establish the assignment of “Lead Dispatcher.”

  • Dispatch and Scheduling 4.3.1 The Power Producer shall be required to schedule its power as per the applicable Regulations / Requirements / Guidelines of CERC / GERC / SLDC / RLDC and maintain compliance to the Grid Code requirements and directions, as specified by SLDC / RLDC from time to time. Any deviation from the schedule will attract the provisions of applicable Regulation / Guidelines / Directions and any financial implication on account of this shall be to the account of the Power Producer.

  • Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.
