License Stipends. License stipends for the District Grounds Coordinator and the District Maintenance Coordinator shall be as follows and does not apply to any other position covered under this agreement: 1st Class License: $2,100 per year Chief License: $2,775 per year The District will allow paid professional meeting time for the employee to attend required license renewal classes. However, the District will not pay the class fee on behalf of the employee.

License Stipends. An Employee who holds a valid Commercial Driver’s License Class B or higher and Hoisting License 2B or higher shall receive an annual stipend of $200.00. An Employee who holds a valid Commercial Driver’s License Class A and Hoisting License 2B or higher shall receive an annual stipend of $400.00. Effective January 1, 2019, said stipends shall be payable within the first three pay periods of the calendar year for licenses held during the previous calendar year. Stipend payments for any licenses or certifications, if not held by the employee for the entire previous calendar year, will be prorated based on the amount of full calendar months that the employee held the license or certification. Employee must be actively employed when the stipend is paid in order to be eligible for it.
License Stipends. A Licensed Pipefitter, a Licensed Hydraulic or an Apprentice Plumber shall be paid $600.00 in addition to their base salary. Effective July 1, 2007, the Apprentice Plumber stipend referenced above is eliminated. However, any employee hired prior to June 30, 2007 who previously received said stipend shall be considered to be “legacied” and shall continue to receive the stipend. In the event the School Committee reinstates the Facilities Director position, by whatever title known, it may choose not to fill the Working Xxxxxxx/Supervisor stipendiary position. Any employee with in-training status, shall not be entitled to the above additional compensation. Additionally, those who hold the following licenses and who are not required to do so for the jobs they currently hold, will receive an hourly stipend as follows: Cross-Connection surveying $0.25 cents Cross-Connection inspector $0.25 cents Hoisting and Engineering Class 1A, 1B, 1C or 2B $0.45 cents Class 2A $0.80 (in lieu of $0.45) Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Class B $0.70 cents Effective July 1, 2018, the hourly stipend for Cross-Connection Surveying and Cross-Connection Inspector licenses will increase to $0.35. Effective July 1, 2019, the Hoisting and Engineering stipend will increase to $0.50 per hour if the license is a Class 1A, Class 1B, Class 1C or Class 2B and to $0.90 per hour if the license is a Class 2A (in lieu of the $0.50 per hour). Employees assigned to the Watershed Division will be eligible for a $2.00 per hour stipend upon receiving and maintaining certification as a landscape professional. License Stipends. In the event an employee receives a license issued by the State of New Jersey which relates to the operations of the plant, that employee, in addition to all other compensation provided for herein shall receive the following yearly stipend while such license is in effect. (The yearly stipend shall be pro-rated based upon the number of full months the license is in effect during any year.):

  • License Key 2.5. The Application Software may include an embedded security system which if provided must be used together with a license key. The license key may limit the use of the Application Software to the applicable Use Level and prevent a single User from using more than one workstation at the same time and is valid for a certain period of time following which the license key must be renewed. Customer is solely responsible for any cost or loss arising out of Customer’s failure or delay to renew the license key.

  • License Scope Licensee is granted a non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, execute, reproduce, display, perform, or merge the Product within its business enterprise in the United States up to the maximum licensed capacity stated on the Purchase Order. Product may be accessed, used, executed, reproduced, displayed or performed up to the capacity measured by the applicable licensing unit stated on the Purchase Order (i.e., payroll size, number of employees, CPU, MIPS, MSU, concurrent user, workstation).   • License Keys The Software, when used in production, requires a License Key to install or access it. You are responsible for the use of any License Key(s) assigned to you and must not share the License Key(s) with any third party. If your License Key is stolen, or if you suspect any improper or illegal usage of your License Key, you should promptly notify Acumatica of such occurrence. A replacement License Key will be issued to you and the compromised License Key will be disabled.

  • License Fees If so provided in the Prospectus, the Depositor may enter into a Licensing Agreement (the "Agreement") with a licensor (the "Licensor") described in the Prospectus in which the Trust(s), as consideration for the licenses granted by the Licensor for the right to use its trademarks and trade names, intellectual property rights or for the use of databases and research owned by the Licensor, will pay a fee set forth in the Agreement to the applicable Licensor or the Depositor to reimburse the Depositor for payment of the expenses. If the Agreement provides for an annual license fee computed in whole or part by reference to the average daily net asset value of the Trust assets, for purpose of calculating the accrual of estimated expenses such annual fee shall accrue at a daily rate and the Trustee is authorized to compute an estimated license fee payment (i) until the Depositor has informed the Trustee that there will be no further deposits of additional Securities, by reference to an estimate of the average daily net asset value of the Trust assets which the Depositor shall provide the Trustee, (ii) thereafter and during the calendar quarter in which the last business day of the period described in clause (i) occurs, by reference to the net asset value of the Trust assets as of such last business day, and (iii) during each subsequent calendar quarter, by reference to the net asset value of the Trust assets as of the last business day of the preceding calendar quarter. The Trustee shall adjust the net asset value (Trust Fund Evaluation) as of the dates specified in the preceding sentence to account for any variation between accrual of estimated license fee and the license fee payable pursuant to the Agreement, but such adjustment shall not affect calculations made prior thereto and no adjustment shall be made in respect thereof.

  • License Renewal Certified participants will be responsible for keeping track of their personal professional development hours for license renewal.

  • License Duration The duration of your license to a Product will be for a perpetual or limited term, as specified on an order. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and the applicable order, (a) if a “Perpetual” interval is specified for a Product, you will receive a license to that Product in perpetuity; and (b) if a “License Term” is specified on an order, you will receive a license to the Products listed on that order for the period specified on the order, commencing on the date of delivery of those Products.

  • License Term The license term shall commence upon the License Effective Date, provided, however, that where an acceptance or trial period applies to the Product, the License Term shall be extended by the time period for testing, acceptance or trial.
