Local Support. Should the Student have any kind of difficulty, either academic, logistic or administrative, social or cultural, he/she will have the possibility to refer for advice to the EPH+ course director and administrative officers at each of his/her assigned universities, as well as possible.
Local Support. JVC Northwest collaborates with an In Locale Coordinator and, when possible, a group of local supporters for each community to act as an information resource and support to the Jesuit Volunteer community.
Local Support. 34.01 The University shall provide to the Union, no later than September 30 of each year, $5,000 to assist the Union in the administration of the Collective Agreement.

33.01 On September 1 of each year, the Employer shall pay the Alliance the sum of $9,500 to assist the Alliance in the administration of the Collective Agreement. The Alliance shall have full discretion in how this amount is allocated to its executive members. From these funds, the Alliance may choose to support the PSAC Social Justice Fund.
Local Support. After signing the Agreement, JCE shall dispatch the local support team to the site designated by T2 Entertainment. The local support team of JCE shall (a) arrange the schedule for the localization of the Game; (b) design the consulting service to the service team of T2 Entertainment, which is the technical supporting service that enables T2 Entertainment to provide the Subscribers with the T2 Service; (c) prepare training documents related to the localization of the Game in the Territory; (d) be responsible for the other processes including, but not limited to, the establishment of the communication processes and the contact points; and (e) provide other local support as reasonably requested by T2 Entertainment from time to time for the purpose of performing this Agreement.
Local Support. Delete the provisions of Section 5.1, Upside Support/Accelerated Delivery, of the base terms of the Manufacturing Agreement in their entirety and insert the following in their place and stead:

Upon request by Dot Hill, Supplier will assign local technical and operations support for trouble-shooting quality and operational issues on site at Dot Hill or Dot Hill’s customer sites. The support personnel will be at the specified site within [***] of such request and will remain at that site for the length of time [***]. Upon request by Dot Hill, Supplier will also provide on-site technical support, as needed, during the development of new products. For those quality or operational issues for Products that arise or result from a defect or problem in workmanship of the Products, all reasonable costs associated with such on-site technical support will be borne by Supplier.”
Local Support. Seller maintains a 10,500 square foot Regional Service Center located in Irving, Texas (“Sellers’ Facility”). Seller’s Facility supports Seller’s staff of service managers, project managers, engineers and technicians, who are responsible for supporting all of Seller’s customers within a multi-state region in the western United States of America. Seller’s Facility has a repair depot for local repair of Seller’s mobile and portable radio equipment, an equipment staging area, spare parts warehouse, drive in service bay and office space.
Local Support. The first-line support will be delivered from the CGE&Y support office in Bratislava. The first-line support staff in the Slovak Republic will benefit from the second-line support by CGE&Y's Customer Services in Sweden as well as Basic Support from EHPT. In connection to the local support organisation CGE&Y aim to build an EHPT competence centre responsible for the CGE&Y support to EHPT in the Central European region.
Local Support. The MoF agrees to use best efforts to obtain support from local governments, such as State and Municipalities, to the implementation of Projects, observing Brazilian applicable legislation, in particular regarding the regulatory and business environment.
