Mail-In Service the predominate method of service is to mail the product to a Fortress location. In some circumstances, Fortress may offer packaging and prepaid shipping. If Fortress does not provide prepaid postage or packaging, you must arrange for the shipping and packaging of your product to the Fortress repair service location, as described at the time of ordering, and you may want to consider insuring your package in case of damage or loss during shipment. Once service is complete, the Fortress repair service location will return the repaired product or returned to you in the event you do not authorize repairs.

Mail-In Service. If Tiertime determines that your Tiertime Product is eligible for mail-in service, Tiertime will issue a Return Material Authorization (RMA) Number which you must include with your returned product(s), and send you the instruction so that you may ship your Tiertime Product to an TRS or TASP location in accordance with Tiertime’s instructions. Tiertime may require a credit card authorization as security for the retail price of the replacement, labor, and shipping cost. You must return the Product or Spare Part to Tiertime, TASP, or TRS in their original or equivalent packaging, prepay shipping charges and insure the shipment or accept the risk if the Equipment or Spare Part is lost or damaged in shipment. Once service is complete, the TRS or TASP location will return the Tiertime Product to you. Tiertime will pay for shipping to your location if all instructions are followed, and the Product is still within the warranty, otherwise, you will be charged according the service involved. Tiertime reserves the right to change the method by which Tiertime may provide warranty service to you, and your Tiertime Product’s eligibility to receive a particular method of service. Service will be limited to the options available in the country where service is requested. Service options, parts availability and response times may vary according to country. You may be responsible for shipping and handling charges if the Tiertime Product cannot be serviced in the country it is in. If you seek service in a country that is not the original country of purchase, you will comply with all applicable import and export laws and regulations and be responsible for all custom duties, V.A.T. and other associated taxes and charges. Where international service is available, Tiertime may repair or replace Tiertime Products and parts with comparable Tiertime Product and parts that comply with local standards.
Mail-In Service. If Apple determines that your Apple Product is eligible for mail-in service, Apple will send you prepaid waybills and if applicable, packaging material, so that you may ship your Apple Product to an ARS or AASP location in accordance with Apple’s instructions. Once service is complete, the ARS or AASP location will return the Apple Product to you. Apple will pay for shipping to and from your location if all instructions are followed.

  • Mail Service The Union shall be permitted to use the State inter and intra-office paper mail system. This usage shall be limited to matters that involve the Union and the Employer. It is not to be used for the purpose of mass mailings to membership and/or bargaining unit employees. The Employer agrees not to open employee union mail when clearly marked as such. Where security is of concern, the mail shall be opened in the presence of the addressee. When feasible, and where equipment is currently available, Union stewards and/or officers may utilize electronic mail and/or facsimile equipment solely for contract enforcement and interpretation and grievance processing matters. Such transmissions will be primarily to expedite communication regarding such matters, will be reasonable with respect to time and volume, and limited to communications with the grievant, if any, appropriate supervisors and employee’s staff representatives. Long distance charges which may be incurred must be approved prior to transmission.
