Mutual Compensation. The Parties shall compensate each other for the exchange of Local Traffic originated by or terminating to the Parties’ end-user customers in accordance with Section 3.2.2 of this Article. The Parties agree to the initial state level exempt factor representative of the share of traffic exempt from local compensation. This initial exempt factor is set forth in Appendix A. This factor will be updated quarterly in like manner or as the Parties otherwise agree. Once the traffic that is exempt from local compensation can be measured, the actual exempt traffic will be used rather than the above factor. Charges for the transport and termination of optional EAS, intraLATA toll and interexchange traffic shall be in accordance with the Parties' respective intrastate or interstate access tariffs, as appropriate.
Mutual Compensation. 27.11.1 The Parties will xxxx each other reciprocal compensation in accordance with the standards and record exchange requirements set forth in this Agreement in the Pricing Schedule and in accordance with Section 27.11.5, below.
27.11.2 In SBC-AMERITECH, billing for mutual compensation will be provided in accordance with mutually agreed to CABS-like data content via current industry processes for mutual compensation, as described in Section 27.3.2, preceding.
27.11.3 Where a procedure has not already been set forth in this Article, the Parties will work cooperatively to establish, not later than thirty (30) days after the Effective Date of the Agreement, a method of billing, collecting and remitting for local charges which are billed and collected by one Party but earned by the other Party.
27.11.4 When CLEC is a local switch network element customer of SBC-AMERITECH, SBC-AMERITECH will calculate a third party switch originated mutual compensation statewide average revenue per access line which will be multiplied by CLEC’s switch port count to arrive at CLEC’s compensation for terminating traffic originated from a third party. SBC-AMERITECH will calculate each month’s statewide average revenue/access line using that month’s mutual compensation summary data and apply to each CLEC switch port in service to arrive at that month’s compensation.
27.11.5 When CLEC is a local switch network element customer of SBC-AMERITECH, provision of records by SBC-AMERITECH for mutual compensation will be as specified in the Southwestern Xxxx Resale/Unbundled Network Elements Usage Extract User Guide Dated April 12, 2000, or as otherwise agreed to by the Parties.

Mutual Compensation. 27.10.1 The Parties will bill each other reciprocal compensation in accordance with the standards and record exchange requirements set forth in this Agreement at Article 21, (Intercarrier Compensation Including Reciprocal Compensation) and in accordance with this Section 27.10.
27.10.2 Billing for mutual compensation will be provided in accordance with mutually agreed to CABS data content via current industry processes for mutual compensation. This is described in Section 27.3.2, preceding.
27.10.3 Where CLEC, as a facility-based provider, is using terminating recordings produced within its network to bill reciprocal compensation, SBC Illinois will provide a report to identify the UNE originating traffic and CLEC will bill the originating UNE carrier for the MOUs terminated on the CLEC network. SBC Illinois agrees the report will be replaced by identifying data transmission once an industry billing/recording forum determined a technically feasible method to do so.
27.10.3.1 When CLEC has a billing dispute with a third party originating carrier who accessed through the SBC network and was terminated on CLEC’s network, SBC will, upon written request, provide CLEC the third party originating carrier’s OCN or other additional information. This will allow for CLEC to bill the proper carrier for terminations on its switches.
Mutual Compensation. The Parties shall compensate each other for the exchange of Local Traffic originated by or terminating to the Parties’ Customers in accordance with Section 5.4.3. Charges for the transport and termination of optional EAS, intraLATA toll and interexchange traffic shall be in accordance with the Parties' respective intrastate or interstate access tariffs, as appropriate.
5.4.1.1 For purposes of reciprocal compensation, this Agreement recognizes that unless and until the Commission rules differently in Docket No. 00- 02-005, traffic originated by and passed to Internet Service Providers (ISPs), i.e., internet traffic, shall not be treated as Local Traffic and, therefore, shall not be subject to reciprocal compensation.

Where required, such traffic shall be recorded and transmitted to CLEC in accordance with this Attachment. Further, the traffic exchanged pursuant to this Attachment shall be measured in billing minutes of use and shall be in actual conversation seconds. The total conversation seconds per chargeable traffic type will be totalled for the entire monthly billing cycle and then rounded to the next whole conversation minute. Reciprocal compensation for the termination of this traffic shall be charged at rates specified in Attachment 18 to this Agreement.
