Non-Clerical Employees. The under-mentioned items will be supplied by the Banks to their Non-Clerical employees wearing uniforms:-

Non-Clerical Employees a. Not more than three (3) weeks of the vacation time due non-clerical employees may be taken in July and August; the remaining time if any, will be taken when school is in session. Vacation may not be taken during the week prior to school opening or the week of school opening except for unusual circumstances and must be approved in advance.
Non-Clerical Employees. Section 24.1 In modification of the term and provisions contained in the consent agreement and certification of representative instrument dated October 3, 1977 and bearing case number R77h-398, State of Michigan, Department of Labor, Employment Relations Committee, Labor Relations Division, the parties to this Agreement agree that the Employer may hire temporary seasonal employees who shall not be covered by the terms and provisions of this Agreement. Determination or status of such employees as temporary seasonal employees shall be made in accordance with the definition of temporary seasonal employees as contained within this Agreement.
Non-Clerical Employees. Vacation leave shall not be taken the two (2) weeks prior (last week of August and the first (1st) week of September) to any school opening scheduled in September in any given year.
Non-Clerical Employees. It is agreed to be the urgent priority of Local 175 and of its employees to provide service to Local 175's members. It is understood that the hours of work and workloads of non-clerical employees must be flexible. However, when and if areas of concern arise with respect to the hours of work and workload of individual employees, Local 175 agrees to meet with the Committee as described in Article 5.06. Local 175 and the Committee will endeavor to solve the problem.

  • Casual Employees A casual employee is one who is not regularly scheduled to work other than during periods that such employee shall relieve a regular full-time or regular part-time employee. Casual employees accumulate seniority on an hourly basis and are entitled to such benefits as are contained in the “Addendum - Casual Employees”.

  • Probation for Newly Hired Employees (a) The Employer may reject a probationary employee for just cause. A rejection during probation shall not be considered a dismissal for the purpose of Article 11.2

  • Newly Hired Employees All employees hired to an insurance eligible position must make their benefit elections by their initial effective date of coverage as defined in this Article, Section 5C. Insurance eligible employees will automatically be enrolled in basic life coverage. If employees eligible for a full Employer Contribution do not choose a health plan administrator and a primary care clinic by their initial effective date, and do not waive medical coverage, they will be enrolled in a Benefit Level Two clinic (or Level One, if available) that meets established access standards in the health plan with the largest number of Benefit Level One and Two clinics in the county of the employee’s residence at the beginning of the insurance year. If an employee does not choose a health plan administrator and primary care clinic by their initial effective date, but was previously covered as a dependent immediately prior to their initial effective date, they will be defaulted to the plan administrator and primary care clinic in which they were previously enrolled.
