Notice of Leave of Absence. Upon notice of a leave of absence, the 22 Medical Center will demonstrate its commitment to adequate staffing 23 by posting any resulting shift vacancies necessary to maintain core 24 staffing prior to each scheduling posting or during the current schedule 25 period. If the period between notice and the next schedule posting is 26 less than seventy-two (72) hours, then the Employer shall comply with 27 the above within five (5) calendar days of the notice.
