Obligations of Partner. 1.1 As between Licensor and Partner, Partner shall be solely responsible for the permissibility of the processing of personal data as well as for safeguarding the rights of the data subjects. Partner shall enter into appropriate data protection agreements with End Users that procure that Partner is authorized to engage Licensor as a sub-processor of personal data controlled by End User, in accordance with the terms of this Exhibit E.
Obligations of Partner. A. Meet or exceed the requirements of its FY23 Cooperative Marketing Application to promote travel within and/or to New Mexico through advertising and media efforts as defined in the FY23 Award Summary, as approved by NMTD and attached hereto as Exhibit A.

To enable OLAF to meet its obligation to adduce adequate safeguards for the protection of the personal data which it exports to a recipient not subject to the EU data protection regime, [PARTNER] warrants and undertakes that it will process OLAF personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Principles set forth in the Appendix to these clauses.

Partner shall: • not guarantee any minimum return to the Customers. • not charge any fee to Customers for services related to Mutual Funds. • not provide any scheme, discount or any information which are prohibited from being disclosed along with the Services or are prohibited under Law. • not push or recommend any specific financial product for the sake of his own direct or indirect financial benefits including but not limited to brokerage, commission or any financial benefits of such nature. • assure the utmost confidentiality of the data provided by the Customer and shall not pass on such data to any third party or entity. • maintain harmonious and faithful relations with the Customer. • provide marketing materials, brochures or any other similar material, in relation to the Services to the Customers. • clearly state that the investments in money market funds, equity funds, or any such other Mutual Funds are subject to financial risk of volatility of market.
Obligations of Partner. 24.1.1.1 Partner shall co-operate with the Supplier, in respect of the Supplier's implementation of the Project Plan, insofar as Partner will undertake the activities to be performed by Partner as specified in the Responsibility of Parties (Annex B). Obligations of Partner. 3.1 Partner shall arrange for one or more of its employees to complete a designated training course offered by SilverStream or a SilverStream Training Partner within sixty (60) days after entering into this Agreement. Upon completion of the training course, the employee shall become certified by submitting a certification application and passing a certification examination. In order to retain certification status, certified personnel must be re-certified based upon new versions of Products. If any of the Partner's employees who then have SilverStream certification status shall no longer be employed by Partner, SilverStream shall have the right to require Partner to arrange for another of its employees to complete a designated training course offered by SilverStream or another Training Partner within sixty (60) days after the termination of such certified employee and to require such employee to take an examination to become so certified.
