Obligations of the host organisation. The host organisation undertakes to: – ensure that real use is made of the beneficiaries' knowledge and skills and that they are given tasks and responsibilities commensurate with their qualifications and experience, as detailed in the programme of the placement annexed to this agreement, and under the supervision of a designated tutor; – ensure that all measures have been taken to eliminate or minimise health and safety risks for the beneficiary. Measures will be taken according to the suitability of activities to be carried out and the experience and skill of the beneficiary; – if an accident arises during the placement, to inform the sending organisation within the time limits foreseen by law. – complete all documents concerning the end of the placement (Transcript of Work and certificate) with the beneficiary and verify that documents are delivered within the inspiration date stated in this convention - Communicate to the beneficiary and to the sending organization if the type and frequency of the training activities require a compulsory medical examination YES NO OBLIGATION The host organisation complies with the national regulations of the country where it is registered, in conformity with the EU Council directive 89/391/EEC on the introduction of measures to encourage improvements in the safety and health of workers at work. 

Obligations of the host organisation. The host organisation undertakes to: – take the measures necessary for preparation, implementation and efficient operation of the placement referred to in this Agreement, in accordance with the terms and objectives of the placement programme described in the agreement signed between the National Agency and the Beneficiary organisation; – ensure that real use is made of the beneficiaries' knowledge and skills and that they are given tasks and responsibilities commensurate with their qualifications and experience, under the supervision of the designated mentor; – provide, if possible, beneficiaries with logistical support; – ensure that all measures have been taken to cover the participant for any accident risk associated with the actual implementation of the placement governed by this Agreement. – ensure that all the tasks from the Letter of Intent of the receiving partners are accomplished. – reception of the participants at and transferring them to the place of accommodation and return; – provide accommodation for all at White Nest (Xxxxx Xxxxxxxxx Xxx Xxxxx, 0, 00000 Granada) with full-board (starts on 10th June and ends on 24th June of 2018); – organize cultural preparation; – edit a final report which will include the conclusions of all receiving partners. – ensure pedagogical monitoring of the individual beneficiaries (tutoring and mentoring in cooperation between sending and host organization); – respect the Partnership Quality Commitment; – discuss any problem or difficulty the participant might have and will intervene operatively and efficiently in clarifying and solving problems; – communicate with the project coordinator, report the progress of the stage and, if necessary, inform the sending institution about any problem which might affect the realization of the stage; – validation of the competences acquired by the individual beneficiary and evaluation of the general outcome within the specific vocational training field (issuing of Europass Mobility certificates which will be signed and stamped by each receiving organization, Internship certificates and Internship Notebook will be signed and stamped by each receiving organization); – make a report at the end of the stage with the activities and results of the participants during the stage.

Obligations of the host organisation. The Host Organisation will complete the SLA (including detailing the host organization responsible person contacts in Appendix P) and return it to the Lead Employer within the required deadline. The Host organisation provides the Host Services outlined in Appendix F. For any obligations detailed in this Clause 5, in respect of fitness to practise and absence reporting, (e.g. annual leave, sickness, and maternity, paternity, adoption (paternal/family) leave), the Host organisation will follow and comply with the Lead Employer processes. It will advise the Lead Employer and the KSS immediately when any GPStR resigns or leaves their post without prior agreement. Ensure that the requirements of theNew Deal’ and the Working Time Regulations 1998 (WTR) applicable to GPStR working hours are satisfied in respect of each GPStR. Assume responsibility for the day-to-day management of GPStRs whilst on rotational placements with the Host Organisation and will notify the Lead Employer of any employment changes such as resignations and any absences for whatever reason as soon as possible and in accordance with the Lead Employers processes and payroll deadline. Address all grievances instigated by GPStRs whilst on rotation to the Host Organisation in accordance with the Lead Employer’s policy and use its best endeavours to ensure the timely resolution of all disputes. Ensure the health, safety and well-being of GPStR s on a training placement with the Host Organisation. Report to the Lead Employer each and every absence from training of a GPStR whether such absence is by reason of annual leave, sickness, accident or otherwise on a monthly basis (including zero reporting) according to the Trust timetable (usually the last working day of each month) and forward all associated documentation to the Lead Employer including completed Return to Work forms within 2 weeks of the absence. Report to the Lead Employer all extra duties worked by a GPStR within the Host Organisation on a monthly basis in accordance with the Lead Employers payroll deadlines. Investigate, address and immediately inform the Lead Employer and the XX Xxxx of any complaints including grievances whether brought by a GPStR or any other person arising out of or in connection with the rotation of any trainee. Where grievances remain unresolved and/or appear likely to result in the issue of legal proceedings, the Host Organisation will adhere to the agreed Protocol set out in Appendix G.
