Overtime bonus. 1. Depending on whether overtime is worked, the actual wage of a temporary agency worker subject to ABU remuneration is multiplied by an overtime bonus. Overtime takes place if work is performed in excess of the usual working hours per day or per week in the relevant sector, or the number of hours fixed by regulations or timetables. Overtime immediately following the normal working hours and lasting no more than half an hour is not qualified as such. a. The bonus factor will amount to at least 1.25. b. For the purposes of this paragraph, ‘in writing’ means ‘sent by letter or by e-mail’. 3. If the provisions of this article are applied, article 36 does not apply.
Overtime bonus. 1. Depending on whether or not overtime is worked, the actual wage is increased by an overtime bonus. Overtime is deemed to have been worked if work is performed in excess of the number of working hours per day, per week or by arrangement or a schedule that is normal in the sector. The bonus factor shall be at least 1.25. The bonus factor shall be no more than 1.50. 2. If the private employment agency applies the hirer’s remuneration in accordance with article 19, paragraph 5, the private employment agency shall apply the overtime bonus that corresponds with the applicable factor under similar circumstances in the user company’s organisation. 3. If the private employment agency wishes to apply the bonus factor for irregular working hours that corresponds with the applicable factor under similar circumstances in the user company’s organisation without applying article 19, paragraph 5 of this Collective Labour Agreement, the private employment agency must submit a request for dispensation of article 26, paragraph 1 of this Collective Labour Agreement to the parties to this Collective Labour Agreement. The CLA parties decide with regard to the request. A written request stating the reasons for dispensation should be submitted to the Dispensation Committee at the following address: PO Box 144, 1170 AC Badhoevedorp or ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇@▇▇▇.▇▇. In this article, written means: ‘sent by letter or by e-mail’. 4. If paragraphs 1 and/or 2 of this article are applied, paragraphs 1 and 2 of article 25 shall not apply.
Overtime bonus. Effective retroactive to January 1, 2016: 7.10.1 Employees who work seventy-five (75) hours of combined voluntary and forced floor overtime in a calendar year shall earn a bonus of five hundred dollars ($500) per calendar year. 7.10.2 Employees who work one hundred fifty (150) hours of combined voluntary and forced floor overtime in a calendar year shall earn an additional bonus of five hundred dollars ($500) per calendar year. 7.10.3 The maximum amount an employee may earn as an overtime bonus in a calendar year is one thousand dollars ($1,000). Overtime bonus. Effective upon ratification of this agreement, employees shall no longer have the option of earning vacation day card bonuses for every 12 hours of overtime earned in a pay period. Employees who have earned vacation day card bonuses for working overtime prior to ratification will be allowed to use the vacation day cards until the expiration date of the vacation day card or within six months of the date the card was issued, whichever date comes first.
