OVERTIME CREDIT. Members of the Service shall be credited with one (1) hour overtime at time and one-half for any part of an hour worked in excess of thirty (30) minutes but under seventy-six (76) minutes. Members shall receive an additional one (1) hour overtime, at time and one-half for each sixty (60) minutes or part thereof worked in excess of seventy-five (75) minutes. (revised 1999)
OVERTIME CREDIT. In the event that any of the above enumerated holidays fall on a regular work day, Monday through Friday, and employees are not required to work, the holiday shall be considered as a day worked for the purpose of computing overtime.
OVERTIME CREDIT. Any hours that an employee does not work but for which the employee is compensated pursuant to Section 11.3 or Section 11.4 shall not be considered hours worked for the purposes of computing overtime eligibility under Section 9.3 of this Agreement.
OVERTIME CREDIT. No overtime credit shall be accrued to employees working standby shifts. However, the call back duty provisions as provided in this Agreement apply when an employee on standby is actually required to return to work. Shift Differential Pay for special program assignments scheduled between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. shall be a minimum of five percent (5%) of the basic hourly rate and in no event shall be less than 75 cents per hour.
OVERTIME CREDIT. In the event that any of the above enumerated holidays fall on a work day, another day shall be observed in lieu thereof.
OVERTIME CREDIT members of the Service shall be credited with one hour overtime for any part of an hour worked in excess of thirty minutes but under hour and shall receive no credit for any part of an hour of overtime less than thirty minutes.
OVERTIME CREDIT. Holidays paid but not actually worked shall be considered as hours worked in the computation of overtime pay.
