Paraprofessional Employees a. The Board will provide a family Preferred Provider Organization (PPO) health insurance plan, with a primary care physician office visit co-pay of fifteen
Paraprofessional Employees. (A) Any employee who after ten (10) years of continuous service leaves the employ of the Board either by resignation or lay- off shall be eligible to receive payment for accumulated sick leave under the procedures set forth in Section (B). [1] “Continuous employment” in this Article shall be defined as working in a unit position without a break in service except as noted in (a) below.
Paraprofessional Employees. 1. The standard workday for paraprofessionals shall be six (6) hours per day, exclusive of lunch but inclusive of at least two (2) fifteen (15) minute breaks each workday.
Paraprofessional Employees. 20.1 The district and the association intend that interpretation of this Article be consistent with California Education Code provisions applicable to assignment and service of paraprofessional employees, including California Education Code section 35021 and sections 45340- 45367.
