Parenting Education. 4.6.10.1 In addition to individual parent education and anticipatory guidance to parents and guardians at preventive pediatric visits and Health Check screens, the Contractor shall offer or arrange for parenting skills education to expectant and new parents, at no cost to the Member.
Parenting Education. 20 4.5.1 WYS shall provide Parenting Education to parents, xxxxxx 21 parents and/or caregivers of children ages birth to eighteen (0-18) years who 22 are at-risk of abuse or neglect. Parents may include: those who are low- 23 income; coming from intact families; dealing with poverty issues, child abuse, 24 domestic violence, teen parent, adoption, individuals in the process of 25 reunification; those who may be experiencing a crisis due to interpersonal 26 conflicts, difficult parenting issues, challenging child needs, and/or 27 traumatic loss (hereinafter referred to as “PARTICIPANTS” for purposes of 28 Subparagraph 4.5).

Parenting Education consists of a course, a course of study, or an organized sequence of courses specifically designed to offer lifelong education in parenting, child development and family relations in order to enhance the quality of home, family, career and community life. Parenting Education. 15 4.5.1 HO shall provide Parenting Education services for parents 16 who are at-risk, low-income parents and/or caregivers with children ages birth 17 to eighteen (0-18) years who are at-risk for child abuse and neglect; dealing child needs, and/or traumatic loss to eighteen (0-18) years who are at-risk of abuse or neglect. Parents may include: those who are low-income; coming from intact families; dealing with poverty issues, child abuse, domestic violence, teen parent, adoption, individuals in the process of reunification; those who may be experiencing a crisis due to interpersonal conflicts, difficult parenting issues, challenging to parents, xxxxxx parents and/or caregivers of children ages birth 18 with poverty issues, child abuse, domestic violence, unemployment, teen 19 pregnancy, 20 23 24 25 (hereinafter referred to as "PARTICIPANTS" 26 for purposes of Subparagraph 4.5).
Parenting Education. This education can help give parents a basic framework for understanding the process and facing the challenges posed as their case moves through the legal system. Parenting education also can help parents understand and prepare for the effects their decisions will have on their lives and the lives of their children.
a. Parenting Plans -Plans means a written description of the parental decision- making, parenting time, and residential arrangements that parents who do not live together agree upon for their children, which may include an assessment and referral.
b. Supervised visitation and neutral drop off sites. A safe environment where an impartial third party controls the visitation activity.
c. Evaluation Services. (In-house or consultant). Evaluation services means a comprehensive psychological evaluation requested by the court.
