PARTICULARS OF EMPLOYEES. 7.2.1 The particulars shown in the Schedule of Employees annexed to the Disclosure Letter show all remuneration payable and other benefits provided or which the Company is bound to provide (whether now or in the future) to each officer and employee of the Company and/or any person connected with any such person and include true and complete particulars of all profit sharing, incentive and bonus arrangements to which the Company is a party, whether legally binding on the Company or not, and no person not named in that Schedule is an employee of the Company.
PARTICULARS OF EMPLOYEES. The particulars to be disclosed to the Purchaser during the due diligence to be conducted by the Purchaser are true and complete and show in respect of each director, officer and employee of the Company his date of birth, the date on which he commenced employment with the Company and all remuneration payable and other benefits provided or which the Company is bound to provide (whether now or in the future) to each such person and include full particulars of all remuneration arrangements (particularly profit sharing, incentive and bonus arrangements to which the Company is a party whether binding or not) and each director, officer and employee of the Company is listed therein.
PARTICULARS OF EMPLOYEES. (1) The particulars shown in the schedule of employees annexed to the Disclosure Letter include correct details of the names addresses dates of birth dates of commencement of employment period of continuous employment and job titles of all employees of the Company and show all remuneration payable and other benefits provided or which the Company is bound to provide to each officer and employee of it or any person connected with any officer or employee and include particulars of all profit sharing incentive commission and bonus arrangements to which the Company is a party whether legally binding or not;
PARTICULARS OF EMPLOYEES. F.1.1 The persons whose names are set out in the list attached to the Disclosure Letter are all the employees of the Company and the particulars of their employment set out in that list are accurate. No person who was formerly employed by any company has a right to return to work.
PARTICULARS OF EMPLOYEES. The information required under section 197(12) of the Act read with Rule 5(1) of the Companies (Appointment and remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014, is given in Annexure C to the Board Report.

PARTICULARS OF EMPLOYEES. The particulars of all Employees annexed to the Disclosure Letter show the name of the relevant Vendor Group Company that employs them, the job title, date of commencement of employment, type of contract (whether full or part-time or other) and date of birth of every Employee.
PARTICULARS OF EMPLOYEES. There is no employee in the company who is drawing remuneration in excess of the limit as set out in Section 197(12) of the Act read with rule 5 of the Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014, hence your company is not required to give any statement in terms of Section 134(3) (q) of the Act read with rule 5(1) Companies (Appointment and Remuneration of Managerial Personnel) Rules, 2014.
