Section 197. 3632 Florida Statutes, provides that special assessments of non-ad valorem taxes levied by the City may be included in the assessment rolls of the County and collected in conjunction with ad valorem taxes as assessed by the Property Appraiser. Pursuant to that option, the Property Appraiser and the City shall enter into an agreement providing for reimbursement to the Property Appraiser of administrative costs, including costs of inception and maintenance, incurred as a result of such inclusion.

Section 197. Whenever a Borrower desires that a Letter of Credit be issued for its account or amended, such Borrower or the Parent Borrower shall give the Administrative Agent and the Letter of Credit Issuer a Letter of Credit Request by no later than 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) at least four Business Days (or such other period as may be agreed upon by the applicable Borrower or the Parent Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Letter of Credit Issuer) prior to the proposed date of issuance or amendment. Each Letter of Credit Request shall be executed by the applicable Borrower or the Parent Borrower. Any Letter of Credit Request may be conditioned on the occurrence of any specified transaction and, if such specified transaction does not occur as intended, such notice may be revoked or amended by the Parent Borrower. Such Letter of Credit Request may be sent by facsimile, by United States mail, by overnight courier, by electronic transmission using the system provided by the Letter of Credit Issuer, by personal delivery or by any other means acceptable to the Letter of Credit Issuer.
Section 197. 27 New or permanently vacated routes after the annual bid day shall be posted for bid by seniority and 28 awarded within ten (10) working days of the vacancy occurrence. Drivers will be notified in writing of 29 the date and time for bidding on the new or permanently vacated route. Only subsequent routes 30 affected by the bidding process will be considered open for subsequent bid. If no regular part-time 31 driver bids on an open route, the transportation supervisor will post a new driver position and fill the 32 vacancy with a new hire. Notification of employees who terminate their employment with the District 33 will be sent to the Union president. Such notification will include the employeestermination date. 34 37 ARTICLE XX 38 39 INTER-DISTRICT TRANSFER OF PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE 40 41 Section 20.1. 42 Pursuant to RCW 28A.400.300, when an employee leaves one school district within the state and 43 commences employment with another school district within the state, the employee shall retain the 44 same longevity, leave benefits and other benefits that the employee had in his or her previous position: 45 PROVIDED, that employees who transfer between districts shall not retain any seniority rights other 46 than longevity when leaving one school district and beginning employment with another. If the school 47 district to which the person transfers has a different system for computing leave benefits, and other 1 benefits, then the employee shall be granted the same longevity, leave benefits and other benefits as a 2 person in that district who has similar occupational status and total years of service. 6 ARTICLE XXI 7 8 EVALUATION
