Payment for Personal/Carers Leave. 23.2.1 An Employee when taking personal/carers leave will be paid at the rate of pay that the Employee would reasonably have expected to be paid if they had worked during that period.
Payment for Personal/Carers Leave. The Employer will pay an Employee for Personal/Carers Leave they take at the ordinary hourly rate of pay they would have received had they been at work.
