- PENSION AND GROUP BENEFITS. 19.01 All present nurses enrolled in the Hospital's Pension Plan shall maintain enrolment in the Plan (Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan or another Pension Plan) subject to its terms and conditions. New nurses and nurses employed but not yet eligible for membership in the Plan shall, as a condition of employment, enrol in the Plan when eligible in accordance with its terms and conditions. 19.02 During the term of this agreement, current benefits apply. The Employer shall contribute towards the premium coverage of participating eligible nurses in the active employ of the Employer under the insurance plans set out below, subject to their respective terms and conditions including any enrollment requirements:
