- PENSION AND GROUP BENEFITS. 19.01 All present nurses enrolled in the Hospital's Pension Plan shall maintain enrolment in the Plan (Hospitals of Ontario Pension Plan or another Pension Plan) subject to its terms and conditions. New nurses and nurses employed but not yet eligible for membership in the Plan shall, as a condition of employment, enrol in the Plan when eligible in accordance with its terms and conditions.
19.02 During the term of this agreement, current benefits apply. The Employer shall contribute towards the premium coverage of participating eligible nurses in the active employ of the Employer under the insurance plans set out below, subject to their respective terms and conditions including any enrollment requirements:

Enrolment participation and contributions by the Employees and the Employer will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Plan. Retirement shall be in accordance with the VON Policy.
a. All full-time Employees who are presently enrolled in the Employer’s pension plan shall maintain their enrolment in the Plan. Full-time employed, but not yet eligible for membership in the Plan, shall, as a condition of employment, enrol in the Plan when eligible;
b. Part time and casual employees who meet the VON Pension Plan’s eligibility requirements and elect to participate in the VON Pension Plan shall have their percentage in lieu of benefits as per Article 20.03 reduced by three percent (3%).
- PENSION AND GROUP BENEFITS. 37:01 The Agency shall provide a defined contribution pension plan for eligible employees which shall be contributed to in accordance with the terms and conditions of the plan.
37:02 The Agency will provide the following benefits to eligible employees which shall include the following coverage:
(a) Group Insurance Benefits Plan
(i) Term Life Insurance
(ii) Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D)
(iii) Dependant Life Insurance
(iv) Dental Care (including Orthodontry)
(v) Long Term Disability (vi) Vision Care
(b) EAP.
37:03 For the term of this Agreement the Benefits Plan shall include coverage limits at the same level as are in place at the time of signing subject only to continuing availability of such coverage from providers.
37:04 Participation in the Benefits Plan by employees and access to any and all coverage shall be subject to the terms and conditions of the Benefits Plan policy document and determination by the Benefits Plan provider.
37:05 Premiums for the Benefits Plan and contributions to the Pension Plan will be done in accordance with the terms and conditions of the plans.
37:06 Participation in the Benefits Plan and Pension Plan by eligible employees shall be mandatory.
- PENSION AND GROUP BENEFITS. Aberdeen Health and Community Services provides and maintains a registered pension plan. Enrollment, participation and contributions by the nurses and the Employer will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of that Plan.
- PENSION AND GROUP BENEFITS. Enrolment, participation and contributions by the nurses and the Employer will be in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Carefor Pension Plan.
- PENSION AND GROUP BENEFITS. It is understood that pension contributions cease on termination of employment. If the pastor is leaving the denomination, an option form can be requested from The Free Methodist Church in Canada at termination if the pastor wishes to transfer out of the Free Methodist Pension Plan to another registered pension plan or RRSP locked-in investment. Otherwise, pension payments will commence at the normal retirement date. Pension: Please contact Xxxxxx Xxxxxx (xxxxxx.xxxxxx@xxxxx.xx) to discuss your pension options. Group benefits cease once a pastor terminates employment with a Free Methodist Church. Under the guidelines of the contract with the insurance company, pastors going into transition can continue to participate in the group benefits plan for a period of no longer than three (3) months provided they are seeking employment within the Free Methodist denomination in Canada. The employee premiums will be billed to the pastor. In instances where the pastor is transferring to another ministry or other employment, group benefits cease on the last day of employment with a Free Methodist Church. The pastor may have the option to convert life insurance coverage to an individual policy without evidence of insurability provided necessary forms are completed within 30 days of termination, or within such other period as outlined by the insurance carrier.

Pastor agrees to immediately provide 3 post-dated cheques to The Free Methodist Church in Canada for the employee portion of group benefits for the first 3 months of the transition period: dated the 1st day of the month for 3 months (if the last date of employment is on or before the 15th) dated the 16th day of the month for 3 months (if the last date of employment is on or after the 16th) The corresponding employer portion of premiums will be paid by The Free Methodist Church in Canada. Group benefits will cease on [date] , 20 (3 months from the last day of employment) if no appointment is secured in the FMCiC. If “No,” group benefits will cease on , 20 (the last date of employment noted in section a. above).
c. Pastor agrees to notify Administrative Services immediately upon securing permanent employment outside The Free Method...
