Permanent Part-Time and Permanent Part. Time Page‌ Work in excess of forty-four (44) hours per week will be considered overtime and must be authorized in advance with the Director. Employees will receive overtime pay at the time the hours are earned.
Permanent Part-Time and Permanent Part time Page Seniority is defined as the length of service with the Employer while a Permanent Part-Time and/or Permanent Part-time Page employee and shall include service with the Employer in what has become a bargaining unit position prior to the certification or recognition of the Union. Permanent Part-Time and/or Permanent Part-time Page service shall be calculated using the normal hours of work for the position for which they were hired on a pro-rata basis of 1,820 hours worked equalling one (1) year of Permanent Part-Time seniority. Should a Permanent Full-Time employee become a Permanent Part- Time and/or Permanent Part-time Page employee, their seniority shall be brought into the Permanent Part-Time seniority list as it was calculated in the Permanent Full-Time seniority list.

  • Fixtures and Personal Property All machinery, equipment, fixtures (including, but not limited to all heating, air conditioning, plumbing, lighting, communications and elevator fixtures) and other property of every kind and nature whatsoever owned by Borrower, or in which Borrower has or shall have an interest, now or hereafter located upon the Land or the Improvements, or appurtenant thereto, and used in connection with the present or future operation and occupancy of the Land and the Improvements and all building equipment, materials and supplies of any nature whatsoever owned by Borrower, or in which Borrower has or shall have an interest, now or hereafter located upon the Land and the Improvements, or appurtenant thereto, or used in connection with the present or future operation and occupancy of the Land and the Improvements (collectively, the "Personal Property"), and the right, title and interest of Borrower in and to any of the Personal Property which may be subject to any security interests, as defined in the Uniform Commercial Code, as adopted and enacted by the state or states where any of the Property is located (the "Uniform Commercial Code"), superior in lien to the lien of this Security Instrument and all proceeds and products of the above;

  • EMPLOYMENT AND PERSONNEL The Provider shall not engage any person in the employ of any State Department or Agency in a position that would constitute a violation of 0 XXXX § 00 xx 00 XXXX § 0000. The Contractor shall not engage on a full-time, part-time or other basis during the period of this Agreement, any other personnel who are or have been at any time during the period of this Agreement in the employ of any State Department or Agency, except regularly retired employees, without the written consent of the State Purchases Review Committee.   • Leasing of Real and Personal Property ‌ The Government contemplates that leases may be part of a task order solution offered by a Contractor, but the Government, where the Contractor’s solution includes leasing, must not be the Lessee. Under no circumstances on any task order awarded under XXXXX shall the Government be deemed to have privity-of-contract with the Owner/Lessor of the Leased Items; or, the Government be held liable for early Termination/Cancellation damages if the Government decides not to exercise an option period under a task order unless the Contractor has specifically disclosed the amount of such damages (or the formula by which such damages would be calculated) as part of its proposal and the OCO for the task order has specifically approved/allowed such damages as part of the task order terms and conditions.

  • Sick and Personal Leave The Assistant Principal shall annually be entitled to twelve (12) days of sick leave and two (2) days of personal leave. Unused personal leave days will accumulate as sick leave days. Earned sick leave may accumulate to a maximum of 340 days. Every sick day that is issued for the current school year and eventually not utilized during that school year will be multiplied by 1.5 at the end of the school year (e.g., 10 unused sick days on June 30, 2022 will be converted in a credit of 15 sick days for the Assistant Principal’s use.) This unused sick day multiplier will not be in effect during the four (4) years prior to retirement.
