Planning and Design Services. Documents for the planning and design of the facility include applicable Virginia State and Falls Church City Public Schools documents including, but are not limited to, the following:  Falls Church City Public Schools, Educational Specification (Detail RFP No. 0124-14-MDE-PPEA-DPP, Attachment A2) for Mount Xxxxxx Elementary School, May 9, 2014.  Falls Church City Public School Guide Specifications (Detail RFP No. 0124-14-MDE-PPEA-DPP, Attachment A3), May 9, 2014  “Guidelines for School Facilities in Virginia’s Public Schools,” Virginia Department of Education, June 2010.  Design Guideline (this document)  Agreement (“Comprehensive Agreement”) – the contract between the Owner and Private Entity  Detailed Phase Proposal for RFP No. 0124-14-MDE-PPEA-DPP, Mount Xxxxxx Elementary PPEA Design and Construction – by Grunley Construction Company, Inc. dated June 25, 2014. Any deviations from these documents must be approved by the Owner in writing. Design services include all services by design professionals provided by Private Entity pursuant to the Comprehensive Agreement and this Exhibit K hereto required to provide the final Construction Drawings and Specifications for the Project and for any Changes thereto and any construction administration services by design professionals. References to “complete and accurate” drawings and specifications and such similar language, as used in this document and the Agreement, shall mean those documents will be prepared to a Professional Standard of Care. All design services shall meet the National, State, and City of Falls Church and/or Fairfax County, VA Building Codes and Regulations and shall meet the Professional Standard of Care (“Standard of Care”), which shall be defined as the standard of performance for all design and construction administration services (“Design Services”) under the Agreement and shall be the same professional standard of care and of quality as is ordinarily exercised under similar circumstances by design professionals providing similar services in similar projects in Virginia. Related to Planning and Design Services

  • New Services (a) From time to time during the term of this Agreement, either Party may request the other Party to provide additional or different services which such other Party is not expressly obligated to provide under this Agreement (excluding, for the avoidance of doubt, any Additional Services or Service Increases, the “New Services”). The Party receiving such request shall consider such request in good faith; provided, however, that no Party shall be obligated to provide any New Services, including because, after negotiations between the Parties pursuant to Section 2.04(b), the Parties fail to reach an agreement with respect to the terms (including the Service Charges) applicable to the provision of such New Services.

  • Maintenance and Support Services As long as you are not using the Help Desk as a substitute for our training services on the Tyler Software, and you timely pay your maintenance and support fees, we will, consistent with our then-current Support Call Process:

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Training and Support Through the Solution, the Contractor shall provide all consulting, training, and support to the Customer and FL[DS] to ensure successful implementation of the Solution and ongoing support as necessary and as defined by FL[DS] to include, but not be limited to:

  • Information Systems Acquisition Development and Maintenance Security of System Files. To protect City Information Processing Systems and system files containing information, Service Provider will ensure that access to source code is restricted to authorized users whose specific job function necessitates such access.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Specific Services Contractor agrees to furnish the following services: Contractor shall provide the services described in Exhibit “A”. No additional services shall be performed by Contractor unless approved in advance in writing by the County stating the dollar value of the services, the method of payment, and any adjustment in contract time or other contract terms. All such services are to be coordinated with County and the results of the work shall be monitored by the Health and Human Services Agency Director or his or her designee.

  • Marketing Services The Manager shall provide advice and assistance in the marketing of the Vessels, including the identification of potential customers, identification of Vessels available for charter opportunities and preparation of bids.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.
