Policy Grievance Procedure. The District, by district policy (GBM), has established a grievance procedure for the resolution of grievances arising out of a purported violation, interpretation or inappropriate application of School District policies or administrative rules and regulations. The grievance, to be valid, must state clearly what District policy or administrative rule the grievance is filed under. The District policy concerning this procedure shall remain in effect during the term of this contract but matters affected thereby or subject thereto shall not be subject to the grievance procedures culminating in binding arbitration set forth in this agreement.
Policy Grievance Procedure. 14.01 Any differences between the Union and the Company arising out of the interpretation or the implementation of the provisions of this Agreement may be submitted in writing by one party to the other at the second step instead of following the regular procedure. Discussions between the Company and the Union apart from the grievance procedure, shall not preclude either side resorting to the grievance procedure.
Policy Grievance Procedure. (a) A policy grievance shall be initiated at Step 2 and processed in the same manner as other grievances.
Policy Grievance Procedure. Any difference, other than an individual difference, arising directly between the Town and the Union as to the interpretation, application or alleged violation of any of the provisions of this Agreement shall be dealt with by the CAO of the Town and a Business Representative of the Union and may be submitted to Arbitration as provided herein, if not settled within fifteen (15) days.
Policy Grievance Procedure. Where a difference arises between the Employer and the Union concerning the interpretation, or violation of this Agreement or other matters that may be matters of this Agreement, it shall be originated at Step within ten (10) days following the occurrence or circumstance giving rise to the grievance, with such differences between the parties being reduced to writing and delivered to the other. It is expressly understood, however, that the provisions of this Article may not be used with respect to a grievance directly affecting an employee which he or she could have instituted. Where the grievance is initiated by the Hospital, it shall be filed with the Union Representative. Failing satisfactory settlement of such grievances, it is understood that same may be carried through the balance of the grievance procedure including steps of Arbitration for final and binding settlement upon the parties.
Policy Grievance Procedure. A. The University and the PBA encourage the informal resolution of employee complaints. To that end, employees should present such complaints for review and discussion as soon as possible to the University representative who has authority to address the complaint. Such review and discussion should be held with a view to reaching an understanding which will resolve the complaint in a manner satisfactory to the employee, without need for recourse to the formal grievance procedure prescribed by this Article. If the complaint is not resolved by such informal discussion, the employee may proceed to file a grievance consistent with the provisions of this Article and subject to the limitations established by Section 447.401, Florida Statutes.

  • 000 GRIEVANCE PROCEDURE 7.100 It is agreed that it is the spirit and intent of this Agreement to adjust grievances promptly. Upon request by the COUNTY, the AGENCY shall provide a written report as to the grievance outcome within five (5) normal COUNTY working days.
