Post Construction Services. Architect shall provide the following Post Construction Services which shall be part of Architect’s Basic Services:
Post Construction Services. 27.1 PEDB will conduct a final Project review and will advise NEWCO as to continuing or newly-observed defects or deficiencies in the Project observed during that review.
Post Construction Services. 1.7.1 Post Construction services shall begin at Substantial Completion. Post Construction Services will terminate one year after final completion, or when services of Architect are completed, whichever occurs earlier, unless extended by mutual written agreement.
1.7.2 Architect shall receive from Contractor and deliver to Owner, specified “close-out documents” such as written guarantees, warranties, consent of surety to final payment (partial payment, if applicable), Certificate of Occupancy, operating and maintenance manuals, final HVAC control drawings, final corrected HVAC Test and Balance Report, parts books, diagrams, charts, and other documents for Owner’s use or that are required to be provided to Owner by Architect under this Architect Agreement. Architect shall verify the existence of “attic stock”, required per the Contract Documents. Architect shall include in the Contract Documents requirements that the Contractor shall furnish such provision, information or documentation for the Project to Architect for transmittal to Owner as a prerequisite to final payment to Contractor, and as described in the Owner’s General and Supplementary Conditions of the GC Agreement.
1.7.3 Architect shall review, for completion of submittal requirements only, the field markup set of drawings, prepared and submitted by Contractor; operating and maintenance instructions, and all manuals, brochures, and drawings furnished by Contractor relating to the operation and maintenance of the Project as described in Owner’s General and Supplementary Conditions of the GC Agreement.
1.7.4 Architect shall review and approve, or take other appropriate action on, Contractor's list of items to be completed or corrected, and shall certify final completion when all requirements of the Contract Documents are complete. Architect is not required to perform more than two inspections to determine whether a designated portion of the Work has attained Final Completion in accordance with the Contract Documents. One inspection may require multiple visits and more than one day.

1.7.7 After completion of the Construction Phase, Architect shall prepare record drawings, in the form required by Owner, showing significant changes in the Project made during construction and of dimensioned locations of underground improvements including utility, supply, and drainage piping and apparatus, based upon marked-up prints, drawings, and other data which Architect shall receiv...
Post Construction Services. In the Post construction Phase, the Architect shall provide those services necessary to assist the Owner in the use and occupancy of the facility.
Post Construction Services. The following Post-Construction Services are Supplemental Services. When requested by the Client, the Landscape Architect shall:
.1 prepare record drawings of the actual construction based on marked-up drawings and other data furnished by the Contractor
Post Construction Services. (a) Assess the final contract account.
(b) Coordinate the rectification of any defects found in the works including the issue of instructions to the builder/contractor and, if required advising the Client of rectification of any defective work by others.
(c) Inspect the works and prepare final defects listing.
(d) Issue the final certificate on completion of all defects and outstanding work. SAMPLE COPY ONLY NOT FOR
Post Construction Services. 1. The Construction Manager shall provide adequate, dedicated on- site project staffing through Final Completion to monitor and assure timely completion of punch lists or corrective work to assure final acceptance without delay.
2. The Construction Manager shall prepare punch lists, in conjunction with the Design Consultant, for correction or completion of work after Substantial Completion for Final Completion. The Construction Manager shall monitor Construction Contractors’ performance of punch lists or corrective actions, prepare updated punch lists as necessary, and make recommendations for final acceptance, all in conjunction with the Design Consultant and the School District’s Office of Capital Programs.
3. The Construction Manager shall conduct punch list inspections in conjunction with the Design Consultant and the School District’s Office of Capital Programs, prepare reports of remaining items for completion or correction, and submit these reports to the School District.
4. The Construction Manager shall conduct Punch List Review Meetings with the Construction Contractors at least bi-weekly to monitor scheduling and completion of punch list and corrective work.
5. The Construction Manager shall receive as-built drawings from the Construction Contractors and transmit them to the Design Consultant.
Post Construction Services. 1. The Construction Manager shall provide sufficient, dedicated on-site project staffing to monitor completion of punch lists or corrective work to assure final acceptance without delay.
2. The Construction Manager shall prepare punch lists for correction or completion of work after Substantial Completion for Final Completion.
3. The Construction Manager shall conduct punch list inspections in conjunction with the Design Consultant and the Office of Capital Programs, prepare reports of remaining items for completion or correction, and submit these reports to the School District.
4. The Construction Manager shall receive as-built drawings from the Construction Contractors and transmit them to the Design Consultant.
Post Construction Services. 1.2.1.6.1 The Design Consultant shall proceed with the Stage 6 Post-Construction Services upon written authorization by the Director to proceed for Stage 6 Post-Construction Services.
1.2.1.6.2 The Design Consultant shall inspect the Project in the company of the XXXX, and the Director or such others as the Director may designate, no less than thirty (30) days and no more than forty-five (45) days prior to the expiration of the Correction Period, established in the Contract Documents. On or before the seventh day after such inspection, the Design Consultant shall furnish the Director a written report identifying items which require repair or replacement under the Correction Period provisions of the Contract Documents.
Post Construction Services. 16.2.3.1 Occupancy Permit (Building Department Sign-off). Axiom shall obtain for Chase the necessary occupancy permits. This task may encompass accompanying governmental officials during inspections of the facility, assist in preparing and submitting proper documentation to the appropriate approving agencies, assisting in final testing and other necessary and reasonable activities.
16.2.3.2 Support of Chase's Furniture/Equipment Installation Activities. Axiom shall assist Chase's Furniture and Fine Arts Group as requested to prepare requests for proposals, solicit quotes, prepare contracts, obtain execution of contracts, conduct pre-moving conferences and administer the contract for moving activities in conjunction with move-in for the Project. Axiom shall provide on-site personnel to oversee the relocation of all furniture, equipment, and other articles by the movers while actual move-in is in progress. Axiom shall make a final report to Chase concerning the move-in and make recommendations as to payment to the movers.
