Probation Review Sample Clauses

Probation Review. The probationary employee shall be subject to two written reviews before the end of the probation period, conducted by the Employer. The first review shall take place approximately midway through the probationary period. The second review shall take place approximately one week prior to the end of the probationary period. These reviews will evaluate the performance of the employee with respect to the duties, responsibilities and desired qualifications listed in the initial employment notice. The employee shall have the right to have a xxxxxxx at all discussions regarding probationary review.

Probation Review. The Music Director shall confer with the Audition Committee before the end of the season of an audition winner’s Probationary year to evaluate the probationary term. Members of the Audition Committee shall be given an opportunity to offer feedback on the Probationary Musician’s performance.
Probation Review. During the initial and promotion probation reviews, the employee’s job performance will be reviewed on a quarterly basis. The employee must participate in these reviews in person. All written reviews of an employee’s performance must be provided to the employee prior to being entered into the employee’s personnel file.

  • Position Review ‌ The Employer may initiate a position review for a position it believes is improperly classified, and will inform the Union in writing when it has initiated a reallocation process for a bargaining unit position. An individual employee who believes that their position is improperly classified may request a review according to the following procedure:

  • Performance Review Where a performance review of an employee’s performance is carried out, the employee shall be given sufficient opportunity after the interview to read and review the performance review. Provision shall be made on the performance review form for an employee to sign it. The form shall provide for the employee’s signature in two (2) places, one (1) indicating that the employee has read and accepts the performance review, and the other indicating that the employee disagrees with the performance review. The employee shall sign in only one (1) of the places provided. No employee may initiate a grievance regarding the contents of a performance review unless the signature indicates disagreement. An employee shall, upon request, receive a copy of this performance review at the time of signing. An employee’s performance review shall not be changed after an employee has signed it, without the knowledge of the employee, and any such changes shall be subject to the grievance procedure of this Agreement. The employee may respond, in writing, to the performance review. Such response will be attached to the performance review.

  • Classification Review (a) An Employee who has reason to believe that they are improperly classified due to a substantial change in job duties, may apply to the Department Director, or designate, to have the Employee’s classification reviewed. The Director, or designate, will review the Employee’s application and advise the Employee of the Employer’s decision.

  • Log Reviews All systems processing and/or storing PHI COUNTY discloses to 11 CONTRACTOR or CONTRACTOR creates, receives, maintains, or transmits on behalf of COUNTY 12 must have a routine procedure in place to review system logs for unauthorized access.
