Prohibited Uses of the Service. Customer shall not use the XXX Networks equipment or the internet service to, directly or indirectly: a) for any unlawful purposes. Use of the XXX Networks equipment or internet service for transmission or storage of any information, data or material in violation of any U.S. federal, state or local regulation or law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to, posting or disseminating content which is obscene, unlawful, threatening, defamatory, or which infringes the intellectual property of any person. b) post, transmit or disseminate objectionable information, including, without limitations, any transmission constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, federal or international law, order or regulation. c) access any other person’s computer, software, or data of any other person, without the knowledge and consent of such person. _the knowledge and consent of such person; d) upload, post, publish, transmit, reproduce, create derivative works of, or distribute in any way, information, software or other material obtained through the internet service which is protected by copyright or other proprietary right, without obtaining permission of the owner. e) copy, distribute or sub-license any software provided by XXX Networks. Except that the customer may make one copy of each software program for back-up purposes only. f) service, alter, modify or tamper with the XXX Networks equipment, internet service or permit any other person to do the same that is not authorized by XXX Networks. g) restrict, inhibit or otherwise interfere with the ability of any other person to use or enjoy the XXX Networks equipment or the internet service, including, without limitation, posting or transmitting any information or software which contains a virus or other harmful feature and generating levels of traffic sufficient to impede others' ability to send or retrieve information. h) knowingly disrupt the service. i) connect the XXX equipment to any computer outside of the customer's premises. XXX Networks reserves the right to immediately terminate this agreement and the service if the customer engages in any of the activities listed above or if the customer uses the XXX Networks equipment or services in a way which is contrary to any other XXX Networks policy. Prohibited Uses of the Service. You are prohibited from using the Service to: (a) Collect any accounts that you acquired by assignment from any third party (whether or not affiliated with you). (b) Collect accounts for or on behalf of any third party (whether or not affiliated with you). (c) Collect any accounts that were not originally generated by your delivery of your goods or services to your customer. (d) Enter into the Service any customer who (when entered) is in default or past due in making any payment to you on any account. (e) Enter into the Service any account that (when entered) is in default or past due. (f) Enter into the Service any account that is current when entered, but owed by a customer who is then in default or past due to you on any other account. If requested by Paysimple and/or us, you will from time to time provide a certificate in a form acceptable to us attesting to and warranting your compliance with these prohibitions, and will permit Paysimple and/or us to audit your records in connection therewith.
Prohibited Uses of the Service. You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Service. Without limitation, you agree not to use the Service: i) In any way that violates any applicable Canadian, American, state, provincial, local, foreign, or international law or regulation (including without limitation, any laws or regulations regarding money laundering and terrorist financing), or that advocates, promotes or assists any unlawful act; ii) For the purpose of exploiting, harming or attempting to harm or exploit minors in any way by exposing them to inappropriate content, asking them for personally identifiable information or otherwise; iii) Infringe any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or other rights of any other person; iv) Violate the legal rights (including the rights of publicity and privacy) of others or contain any material that could give rise to any civil or criminal liability under applicable laws or regulations or that otherwise may be in conflict with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy; v) To impersonate or attempt to impersonate nanopay, a nanopay employee, or another customer or any other person or entity (including without limitation, by using e-mail addresses or screen names associated with any of the foregoing), or otherwise participate in any activity likely to deceive any person; and vi) To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use of enjoyment of the Service, or which, as solely determined by nanopay, may harm the Company or the other Customers of the Service, or expose them to liability.
Prohibited Uses of the Service. The Reliance Connects Network may be used only for lawful purposes. Transmission, distribution or storage of any material in violation of any applicable law or regulation is prohibited. This includes, without limitation, material protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret or other intellectual property right used without proper authorization, and material that is obscene, defamatory, constitutes an illegal threat, or violates export control laws. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Reliance Connects and its affiliates, suppliers, and agents against all claims and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of any breach of this Section 5(b) including, but not limited to, any claims based on or arising out of any material violation of any applicable law.
Prohibited Uses of the Service. Indemnity: Customer shall not use the Equipment or the Service directly or indirectly to: a. perform any activity deemed illegal; b. post, transmit, or disseminate content, which violates any proprietary rights of Star Communications or any third party or is unlawful; c. post, transmit or disseminate objectionable information, including, without limitation, any transmissions consulting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any local, federal or international law, order of regulation; d. copy, distribute or sublicense any software provided by Star Communications except that Customer may make one copy of each software program for back-up purposes only; e. unlawfully promote or incite hatred; f. operate a Web, http, FTP, email, chat, nntp, game, Gateway or proxy server from home; g. invade another person’s privacy; h. upload, post, publish, transmit, reproduce, create, derivative works of, or distribute in any way, information, software or other material obtained through the Service which is protected by copyright or other proprietary right, without obtaining permission of the owner; i. you may not reference Star Communications in the header of any unsolicited e-mails, even if that e-mail is not sent through the Star Communications network.; j. disrupt or attempt to disrupt Star Communications backbone network. Prohibited disruptions include, but are not limited to, sending unsolicited bulk or commercial e-mail messages (“spam”). Unsolicited e-mail may not direct the recipient to any web site or other resource which uses the Star Communications service. In addition, “mail bombing,” the sending of numerous copies of the same or substantially similar messages or very large messages or files with the intent to disrupt a server or account, is prohibited; k. use the Equipment or Services in a way, which is contrary to any other Star Communications policy that may be posted by Star Communications from time to time Specifically, customer agrees to abide by the Star Communications Acceptable Usage Policy and should consult this document regularly to ensure that their activities conform to the most recent version; l. service, alter, modify or tamper with any Star Communications owned Equipment or Service or permit any other person to do the same that is not authorized by Star Communications; m. use an IP address or client ID not assigned to customer; n. restrict, inhibit or otherwise interfe...
Prohibited Uses of the Service. You are prohibited from reselling or transferring the Service or Equipment to any other person for any purpose, without the express prior written consent of Company. In addition, you are prohibited from using the Service for any uses that result in excessive usage inconsistent with normal business usage patterns. Specifically, if Company determines, in its sole discretion, that you are reselling or transferring the Service, then the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate without advance notice or modify the Service and to assess additional charges for each month in which the excessive usage occurred. You agree to use the Service and Equipment only for lawful purposes. This means that you agree not to use them for transmitting or receiving any communication or material of any kind when in Company’s sole judgment the transmission, receipt or possession of such communication or material (a) would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or internal law, or (b) encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense or give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law. Company reserves the right to terminate your Service immediately and without advance notice if Company, in its sole discretion, believes you have violated the above restrictions, leaving you responsible for all unbilled charges plus a disconnect fee, all of which shall become immediately due and payable. You are liable for any and all use of the Service and Equipment by yourself and any other person making use of the Service and Equipment and you agree to hold Company harmless from and against any and all liability associated with such use.
Prohibited Uses of the Service. You are prohibited from using VoIP Service for any uses that result in excessive usage inconsistent with normal business usage patterns. Specifically, if the Company determines, in its sole discretion, that you are reselling or transferring VoIP Service or that your VoIP Service is being used for excessive auto dialing, call forwarding, telemarketing, fax broadcasting, or fax blasting, the Company reserves the right to immediately terminate your VoIP Service without advance notice and to assess additional charges for each month in which the excessive usage occurred. NO CREDIT ALLOWANCE FOR INTERRUPTION OF VOIP SERVICE. You acknowledge and agree that the Services are provided “as is.” Credit allowances for interruption of VoIP Service shall not be provided.

Prohibited Uses of the Service. This a non-exclusive list of the actions prohibited by DNS Made Easy. Since DNS Made Easy does not pre-screen clients, DNS Made Easy reserves the right to terminate services at its sole and absolute discretion. DNS Made Easy reserves the right to modify this list at any time, effective upon posting. These prohibited activities, action, or uses of the SERVICE are prohibited to help protect DNS Made Easy, DNS Made Easy’s CLIENTs and the Internet community in general from irresponsible or, in some cases, illegal activities. Any ACCOUNT found to be engaged in any of these prohibited uses is in violation of this agreement and is subject to the TERMINATION OF SERVICE statement in this TOS. ● DNS Made Easy will not provide SERVICE to any domain that is used in an IRC service of any type. ● DNS Made Easy reserves the right to decline service to any domain that has a history of being the target of DNS DDoS attacks. Any domain hosting any type of content related to Minecraft, excluding the aforementioned gaming services or forums, that has ever been the target of a DNS DDoS attack is also strictly prohibited. ● All domains in our system must have correct and lawful WHOIS entries / listings. DNS Made Easy cannot be used to hide your true identity or hide illegal activities. ● If inaccurate CLIENT information is entered in the DNS Made Easy control panel then the ACCOUNT is considered abusive and will be suspended and terminated without refund. ● The sending by CLIENT of any form of Unsolicited Bulk Email (UBE, spam) through DNS Made Easy SERVICE is prohibited. Likewise, posting bulk Usenet articles or the sending of UBE through another service provider advertising a web site, email address or utilizing any resource using the DNS Made Easy SERVICE, is prohibited. DNS Made Easy ACCOUNT or SERVICE may not be used to solicit customers from, or collect replies to, messages sent from another Internet Service Provider where those messages violate this TOS or that of the other provider. ● CLIENT or domains of ACCOUNT can never be used for denial of service attacks of any kind. ● Misrepresentation of any service or product including DNS Made Easy SERVICE. ● Actions causing loss or creating service degr...
Prohibited Uses of the Service. Use of the Vision Communications Equipment or the Service for transmission or storage of any information, data or material in violation of any federal, state or local law or regulation is prohibited. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, the Service is for personal and non- commercial use only and you agree not to use the Service for operation as an Internet Service Provider, a server site for ftp, telnet, login, e-mail hosting, “web hosting” or other similar applications, for any business enterprise, or as an end-point on a non-Vision Communications local area network or wi-fi area network.
