Project Construction Schedule. Contractor shall develop and implement a Project Construction Schedule based upon the Critical Path Method (CPM) and the milestones established in the District’s Preliminary Construction Schedule, and reasonable input received from the Trade Contractors. Contractor shall maintain and update the Project Construction Schedule on a monthly basis for acceptance by the District, and if necessary to maintain timely progress of the work according to the Project Construction Schedule, prepare bi-weekly short interval schedules, and distribute all schedules to the District, its IOR, Architect, and other appropriate parties.
Project Construction Schedule. Subject to extension under Section 602, Developer shall construct the Project in accordance with the time schedule attached hereto as Attachment No. 7.
Project Construction Schedule. Prepare an expanded schedule for the construction phase of the Project using a time-scaled Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) network diagram including major activities and milestones unique to each proposed Contract. The initial schedule shall be submitted at the design development phase review and updated thereafter with each scheduled design submission. Include skeleton diagram, which outlines significant construction activities of each proposed Contract. Indicate activities such as:
a. Notice to Proceed.
b. Major activities unique to each Contract.
c. Phasing.
d. Critical path.
Project Construction Schedule. See Exhibit C 12. RESPONSIBILITIES OF OWNER:
A. COORDINATION WITH UTILITY: Owner with the assistance of Contractor will be responsible at all times for coordinating and communicating with the utility with respect with all matters including the submission of notices and other documents in the handling and processing of comments given by the utility.
Project Construction Schedule. Tenant will provide to Landlord Representative an updated version of the Project Construction Schedule in Tenant reports as required by Section 8.4.4.
Project Construction Schedule. The BDM shall present options that are available to the COUNTY for the Ash Monofill Sideslope Closure. The final design and permitting effort shall be based on information and recommendations in the BDM and agreed to by the COUNTY and summarized in a summary of design decisions update to the BDM.
Project Construction Schedule. The timetable that sets forth the required relationships between, and pertinent dates for, required completion of construction services, coordination services and related activities. Reimbursable Expenses: Customary, necessary and reasonable expenses incurred by the Professional and/or its Subconsultants in the performance of the Professional’s Required Services including, but not limited to, transportation, living and administrative expenses directly related to the Project, and reimbursed by the Owner pursuant to Paragraph 5.3 of Chapter One – Project Terms and Conditions and Paragraph 8.2 of Chapter Three – General Terms and Conditions.
Project Construction Schedule. Upon the transmission of a Notice of Award by Xxxxxx County to the successful Design-Builder, APM will review the Design-Builder's development of its detailed project/construction schedule within the framework of the submitted Preliminary Provisional Network.
Project Construction Schedule. “Project Construction Schedule” means a schedule of critical dates relating to the stadium construction and the commencement of operations (which dates may be described or set forth as intervals of time from or after the completion or occurrence of the preceding task or event), which schedule shall include the estimated dates for (i) ordering and delivering of critical delivery items, such as construction components or items requiring long lead time for purchase or manufacture, or items which by their nature affect the basic structure or systems of the Stadium, (ii) completion of the Stadium’s design in detail sufficient for satisfaction of all Applicable Laws (including issuance of necessary building permits), (iii) issuance of all governmental authorizations prerequisite to commencement of the construction, (iv) commencement of any of Tenant’s construction and all other construction work, (v) substantial completion of the construction; and (vi) all material elements of pre-opening services. Tenant shall submit to City the Project Construction Schedule within sixty (60) days after City commences Site Development as stated in Section 8.01(D). The Project Construction Schedule shall be adjusted as appropriate to reflect any delay in construction that the parties agree is reasonable.
Project Construction Schedule. Identify Project Construction Schedules within the Master HVAC Project Schedule. Provide a preliminary Project Construction Schedule for each set of Bidding documents. Require that each Contractor develop a Project Construction Schedule providing for all major elements such as phasing of construction times of commencement and completion required for each Contractor.
