PROJECT MANAGEMENT TASKS. The SOW tasks and the deliverables required from the Contractor for Project Management are defined in the following tables. These tasks comprise a set of activities and deliverables for which the Contractor is responsible, and an updated System Development Plan that will identify the Contractor’s approach to developing and/or configuring the solution to meet the California COVID Reporting System (CCRS) solution needs. It is the intent, and a requirement within this SOW, that the Contractor shall use the System Development Plan deliverable-defined processes to develop and implement the solution. Additionally, the California COVID Reporting System (CCRS) Project will create a set of project management plans that the State of California Department of Public Health will use to manage the California COVID Reporting System (CCRS) Project. The Contractor work with the State to align its project management plan to these plans when the State has created its project management plans. Contractor will include the activities from these plans (e.g., attend risk management meetings), as described in the requirements, below, in its Project Schedule.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT TASKS. ESA’s Project Management Team, Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx (Project Director), Xxxxxx Xxxxxx (Project Manager), and Xxxxx Xxxx (Deputy Project Manager), will oversee all consultant team activities and coordinate with City staff to the extent necessary to implement the overall scope of work and meet the City’s goals, which include certification of an environmental document in 2024. ESA’s Principal-in-Charge (Xxxxx Xxxxx) will provide strategic guidance. Subconsultants on the ESA Team include Xxxx and Peers (FsP) for transportation and Stantec for Light and Glare. In this scope of work, the “ESA Team” refers to ESA and its subconsultants. ESA can bring on additional subconsultants if there is a need as the project progresses. However, we believe our current group can provide additional services if needed including geotechnical services, increased public involvement, and architectural design services. The current scope of work assumes the following roles: • Project ProponentCity of XxxxxxxProject Applicant – City of Xxxxxxx • City Representative – SOJ • SEPA Lead Agency – City of Xxxxxxx Planning Department • SEPA Responsible OfficialXxxxx Xxxxxxx-Xxxxx In this scope of work, the “City Team” refers to SOJ and any City personnel. In light of the desired accelerated project schedule, this subtask assumes a high level of involvement by the ESA Team and the City Team to address project management issues in an expedited manner, including maintenance of the project schedule, regular ongoing coordination, internal coordination of the technical members of the ESA Team, guidance from the technical team, preparation of public presentations, review and revision based on City comments, Quality Assurance s Quality Control (QA/QC), and other related tasks. ESA will prepare and submit monthly invoices and progress reports, which will include subcontractor progress reports and invoices. The progress report will include a summary of work conducted and a status report on the overall progress.

  • Construction Management Plan Contractor shall prepare and furnish to the Owner a thorough and complete plan for the management of the Project from issuance of the Proceed Order through the issuance of the Design Professional's Certificate of Material Completion. Such plan shall include, without limitation, an estimate of the manpower requirements for each trade and the anticipated availability of such manpower, a schedule prepared using the critical path method that will amplify and support the schedule required in Article 2.1.5 below, and the Submittal Schedule as required in Article 2.2.3. The Contractor shall include in his plan the names and resumés of the Project Superintendent, Project Manager and the person in charge of Safety.
