Project Record Drawings. Project record drawings are the property of the OWNER and approval/acceptance of final as-built drawings will be completed before final payment is made. 1. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER will deliver to the OWNER one (1) complete reproducible set of the project record drawings, including all applicable disciplines, showing all work developed in the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER'S office, plus all change orders, revisions, details, etc., recorded on the Project site by the CONTRACTOR and/or the OWNER'S REPRESENTATIVE made during the period of construction. The CONTRACTOR will be required to deliver to the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER one compete set of project drawings marked up with all changes that occurred during construction at the site, and reflecting exactly how the project was constructed. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER will be responsible for the accuracy of drawings developed in the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER'S office. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER will not be responsible for the changes at the site that are not provided by the CONTRACTOR. 2. The OWNER will review the as-built record drawings for completion, accuracy and other requirements. The drawings will be returned to the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER for corrections as necessary. The ARCHITECT/ENGINEER will make any corrections and deliver revised as-built drawings to the OWNER. 3. Upon OWNER'S final approval, the ARCHITECT/ENGINEER will provide one (1) complete set of appropriately labeled as-built drawings on mylar and: a. an electronic copy of all project record drawings on CD or DVD. The files will be in both PDF and CAD (AutoCAD 2006 or higher) format. CAD files will include all support files required to display and plot the files in the same manner as their submittals. Include all drawings contained in the hard copy submittal necessary for replicating a complete document set. These files will include, but are not limited to, Linetypes, plot configuration/style table files, font files, raster images, other graphic files, etc. The requirement for electronic form projects record drawings will consist of all information produced for the Construction Documents, including site and floor plans, major building elevations, cross-sections, minor cross-sections, mechanical & electrical systems, detail drawings, etc. b. A Computer Aided Design and Drafting (CADD) copy of the project record drawings in electronic form on CD, which consists of the format, organization, and type of drawings, as directed by the OWNER, and as described in the current version of the...

Project Record Drawings. The Drawings and Project Specifications as prepared under Construction Documents that have been revised to incorporate changes to the project subsequent to the issue of the bidding documents for the project. Changes to be incorporated shall be based on information provided by the Contractor (“As‐Built Drawings”) and include, but not be limited to, addenda, change orders, Requests for Information, construction alterations, and all other changes to the physical components of the project. Changes shall be incorporated into the appropriate location within the original contract documents. Simple attachments to the original DSA approved document set are not acceptable. Work: The construction and services required by the Contract Documents, whether completed or partially completed, and including, all other labor, materials, equipment and services provided by the Contractor to fulfill the Contractor’s obligations. The Work may constitute the whole or a part of the Project
Project Record Drawings. The Contractor shall maintain a Project record set of drawings at the Project site with all changes or deviations from the original drawings neatly marked thereon in a contrasting color. The Contractor shall also maintain a Project record set of specifications at the Project site, noting therein by appropriate section the names, models, and other distinguishing characteristics of the materials actually incorporated into the Work. This Project record set of drawings and specifications shall be updated daily as the Project progresses and shall be made available to the Owner and Architect for inspection at all times. Upon final completion of the Work and before final payment, this Project record set of drawings and specifications shall be delivered to the Architect for the Owner.

Project Record Drawings. The Program Manager shall cause its Construction Manager, to prepare “Record Drawings” for the Project showing all technical elements of the Project as actually constructed and installed, following completion of the Project. The Program Manager shall deliver these “Record Drawings” to the County, on the Final Payment Date. The “Record Drawings” shall be the sole and exclusive property of the County, upon Final Payment, and neither the Program Manager nor its architect or engineer or any other person claiming by or through the Program Manager shall have any rights or interest in such Record Drawings.

The plans and drawings to be prepared by Architect and the Engineers hereunder shall be known collectively as the “Construction Drawings.” All Construction Drawings shall comply with the drawing format and specifications as determined by Landlord, and shall be subject to Landlord’s approval as more particularly set forth in Sections 3.2 and 3.3, below. Notwithstanding Landlord’s retention of the Architect and Engineers, Tenant shall be responsible for, and shall fully cooperate and coordinate in good faith with Landlord, the Architect and the Engineers to supply all of the necessary information within Tenant’s possession to allow the Architect and the Engineers to initially prepare and then complete, the Construction Drawings. Landlord hereby agrees (at no cost to Landlord) to cooperate, on a commercially reasonable basis, with Tenant to assist Tenant in the preparation of the Construction Drawings. Landlord’s review of the Construction Drawings applicable to the Improvements (as opposed to Landlord Work) and as set forth in this Section 3, shall be for its sole purpose and shall not imply Landlord’s review of the same, or obligate Landlord to review the same, for quality, design, Code compliance or other like matters. Accordingly, notwithstanding that any Improvement-related portions of such Construction Drawings are reviewed by Landlord, and notwithstanding any advice or assistance which may be rendered to Tenant by Landlord, Landlord shall have no liability whatsoever in connection therewith and shall not be responsible for any omissions or errors contained in such portions of the Construction Drawings, and Tenant’s waiver and indemnity set forth in this Lease shall specifically apply to such portions of the Construction Drawings.

  • Working Drawings Not later than 15 business days following the approval of the TI Design Drawings by Landlord, Tenant shall cause the TI Architect to prepare and deliver to Landlord for review and comment construction plans, specifications and drawings for the Tenant Improvements (“TI Construction Drawings”), which TI Construction Drawings shall be prepared substantially in accordance with the TI Design Drawings. Tenant shall be solely responsible for ensuring that the TI Construction Drawings reflect Tenant’s requirements for the Tenant Improvements. Landlord shall deliver its written comments on the TI Construction Drawings to Tenant not later than 10 business days after Landlord’s receipt of the same; provided, however, that Landlord may not disapprove any matter that is consistent with the TI Design Drawings. Tenant and the TI Architect shall consider all such comments in good faith and shall, within 10 business days after receipt, notify Landlord how Tenant proposes to respond to such comments. Any disputes in connection with such comments shall be resolved in accordance with Section 2(d) hereof. Provided that the design reflected in the TI Construction Drawings is consistent with the TI Design Drawings, Landlord shall approve the TI Construction Drawings submitted by Tenant. Once approved by Landlord, subject to the provisions of Section 4 below, Tenant shall not materially modify the TI Construction Drawings except as may be reasonably required in connection with the issuance of the TI Permit (as defined in Section 3(a) below).

  • Approved Working Drawings The Final Working Drawings shall be approved by Landlord (the “Approved Working Drawings”) prior to the commencement of construction of the Premises by Tenant. After approval by Landlord of the Final Working Drawings, Tenant may submit the same to the appropriate municipal authorities for all applicable building permits. Tenant hereby agrees that neither Landlord nor Landlord’s consultants shall be responsible for obtaining any building permit or certificate of occupancy for the Premises and that obtaining the same shall be Tenant’s responsibility; provided, however, that Landlord shall cooperate with Tenant in executing permit applications and performing other ministerial acts reasonably necessary to enable Tenant to obtain any such permit or certificate of occupancy. No changes, modifications or alterations in the Approved Working Drawings may be made without the prior written consent of Landlord, which consent may not be unreasonably withheld.

  • Drawings and Specifications 9.1 A complete list of all Drawings that form a part of the Contract Documents are to be found as an index on the Drawings themselves, and/or may be provided to Developer and/or in the Table of Contents. 9.2 Materials or Work described in words that so applied have a well-known technical or trade meaning shall be deemed to refer to recognized standards, unless noted otherwise. 9.3 Trade Name or Trade Term It is not the intention of the Contract Documents to go into detailed descriptions of any materials and/or methods commonly known to the trade under “trade name” or “trade term.” The mere mention or notation of “trade name” or “trade term” shall be considered a sufficient notice to Developer that it will be required to complete the work so named, complete, finished, and operable, with all its appurtenances, according to the best practices of the trade. 9.4 The naming of any material and/or equipment shall mean furnishing and installing of same, including all incidental and accessory items thereto and/or labor therefor, as per best practices of the trade(s) involved, unless specifically noted otherwise. 9.5 Contract Documents are complementary, and what is called for by one shall be binding as if called for by all. As such, Drawings and Specifications are intended to be fully cooperative and to agree. However, if Developer observes that Drawings and Specifications are in conflict with the Contract Documents, Developer shall promptly notify District and Architect in writing, and any necessary changes shall be made as provided in the Contract Documents. 9.6 Figured dimensions shall be followed in preference to scaled dimensions, and Developer shall make all additional measurements necessary for the work and shall be responsible for their accuracy. Before ordering any material or doing any work, each Developer shall verify all measurements at the building and shall be responsible for the correctness of same. 9.7 Should any question arise concerning the intent or meaning of the Contract Documents, including the Plans and Specifications, the question shall be submitted to the District for interpretation. If a conflict exists in the Contract Documents, these Construction Provisions shall control over the Facilities Lease, which shall control over the Site Lease, which shall control over Division 1 Documents, which shall control over Division 2 through Division 49 documents, which shall control over figured dimensions, which shall control over large-scale drawings, which shall control over small-scale drawings. In no case shall a document calling for lower quality and/or quantity of material or workmanship control. However, in the case of discrepancy or ambiguity solely between and among the Drawings and Specifications, the discrepancy or ambiguity shall be resolved in favor of the interpretation that will provide District with the functionally complete and operable Project described in the Drawings and Specifications. 9.8 Drawings and Specifications are intended to comply with all laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations of constituted authorities having jurisdiction, and where referred to in the Contract Documents, the laws, ordinances, rules, and regulations shall be considered as a part of the Contract Documents within the limits specified. 9.9 As required by Section 4-317(c), Part 1, Title 24, CCR: “Should any existing conditions such as deterioration or non-complying construction be discovered which is not covered by the DSA-approved documents wherein the finished work will not comply with Title 24, California Code of Regulations, a construction change document, or a separate set of plans and specifications, detailing and specifying the required repair work shall be submitted to and approved by DSA before proceeding with the repair work.”

  • As-Built Drawings Within thirty (30) Days of the successful completion of the Acceptance Test, Seller shall provide for Company review a set of the proposed as‑built drawings for the Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities constructed by Seller (and/or its Contractors). Within thirty (30) Days of Company's receipt of the proposed as‑built drawings, Company shall provide Seller with either (i) its comments on the proposed as‑built drawings or (ii) notice of acceptance of the proposed as‑built drawings as final as‑built drawings. If Company provides comments on the proposed as‑built drawings, Seller shall incorporate such comments into a final set of as‑built drawings and provide such final as‑built drawings to Company within twenty (20) Days of Seller's receipt of Company's comments.

  • Technical Specifications and Drawings a) The Goods and Related Services supplied under this Contract shall conform to the technical specifications and standards mentioned in Section VI, Schedule of Requirements and, when no applicable standard is mentioned, the standard shall be equivalent or superior to the official standards whose application is appropriate to the Goods' country of origin. b) The Supplier shall be entitled to disclaim responsibility for any design, data, drawing, specification or other document, or any modification thereof provided or designed by or on behalf of the Procuring Entity, by giving a notice of such disclaimer to the Procuring Entity. c) Wherever references are made in the Contract to codes and standards in accordance with which it shall be executed, the edition or the revised version of such codes and standards shall be those specified in the Schedule of Requirements. During Contract execution, any changes in any such codes and standards shall be applied only after approval by the Procuring Entity and shall be treated in accordance with GCC Clause 33.

  • Construction Drawings After approving the Additional Programming Information, Landlord shall cause the Architect and the Engineers to prepare and deliver to Tenant Construction Drawings that conform to the approved Space Plan and the approved Additional Programming Information. Such preparation and delivery shall occur within 15 business days after the later of Landlord’s approval of the Additional Programming Information or the mutual execution and delivery of this Agreement. Tenant shall approve or disapprove the Construction Drawings by notice to Landlord. If Tenant disapproves the Construction Drawings, Tenant’s notice of disapproval shall specify any revisions Tenant desires in the Construction Drawings. After receiving such notice of disapproval, Landlord shall cause the Architect and/or the Engineers to revise the Construction Drawings, taking into account the reasons for Tenant’s disapproval (provided, however, that Landlord shall not be required to cause the Architect or the Engineers to make any revision to the Construction Drawings that is inconsistent with the Landlord Requirements or that Landlord otherwise reasonably disapproves), and resubmit the Construction Drawings to Tenant for its approval. Such revision and resubmission shall occur within five (5) business days after the later of Landlord’s receipt of Tenant’s notice of disapproval or the mutual execution and delivery of this Agreement if such revision is not material, and within such longer period of time as may be reasonably necessary (but not more than 15 business days after the later of such receipt or such mutual execution and delivery) if such revision is material. Such procedure shall be repeated as necessary until Tenant has approved the Construction Drawings. The Construction Drawings approved by Landlord and Tenant are referred to in this Work Letter as the “Approved Construction Drawings”.

  • Final Working Drawings Tenant shall supply the Engineers with a complete listing of standard and non-standard equipment and specifications, including, without limitation, B.T.U. calculations, electrical requirements and special electrical receptacle requirements for the Premises, to enable the Engineers and the Architect to complete the “Final Working Drawings” (as that term is defined below) in the manner as set forth below. Tenant shall cause the approved Final Space Plan to be converted by the Architect and the Engineers to complete architectural and engineering drawings for the Premises, and Architect shall compile a fully coordinated set of architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing working drawings in a form which is complete to allow subcontractors to bid on the work and to obtain all applicable permits (collectively, the “Final Working Drawings”) and shall submit the same to Landlord for Landlord’s approval. Tenant shall supply Landlord with four (4) copies signed by Tenant of such Final Working Drawings. Landlord shall advise Tenant within five (5) business days after Landlord’s receipt of the Final Working Drawings for the Premises if the same is unsatisfactory or incomplete in any respect. If Tenant is so advised, Tenant shall immediately revise the Final Working Drawings in accordance with such review and any disapproval of Landlord in connection therewith. Landlord and Tenant acknowledge that the Final Space Plans may not depict certain structural elements of the Building and/or various elements of the Building systems which may result in material modifications to the Final Working Drawings (“Space Plan Modifications”) Furthermore, the Final Space Plans for the construction of the Tenant Improvements may require modification to account for the requirements of building codes and other legal requirements of applicable governmental entities, including, but not limited to, Title 24 and the Americans with Disabilities Act (collectively the “Building Codes”). The Final Working Drawings shall materially conform to the Final Space Plans, taking into account (i) Space Plan Modifications, (ii) the requirements of the Building Codes, (iii) other modifications resulting from physical constraints of the Premises and (iv) modifications requested by Tenant and consented to by Landlord, which consent shall not be unreasonably withheld. Tenant agrees that, in addition to other factors and considerations Landlord may take into account, it shall not be unreasonable for Landlord to withhold its consent to any matters set forth in the Final Working Drawings and not contained in the Final Space Plans, (i) if such requested modifications would not comply with the Building Codes or any laws, (ii) subject to Section 7 if such requested modifications would cause the anticipated cost of the Tenant Improvements to exceed the Tenant Improvement Allowance (unless Tenant agrees to be responsible for all such costs, and provide evidence satisfactory to Landlord of Tenant’s ability to pay such amounts, including escrow the funds if required by Landlord), (iii) if such requested modifications would not increase the value of the Tenant Improvements, (iv) if such requested modifications would increase the burden on the Building systems, either during construction or after completion of same.
