Project Technical Committee. (a) Without limitation upon the provisions of Part A.1 of this Section, the Recipient shall maintain, at all times until the completion of the Project, the Project Technical Committee with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the Association.
(b) Without limitation to sub-paragraph (a) of this paragraph, the Project Technical Committee shall be responsible for, inter alia: (i) reviewing progress made towards achieving the Project’s objectives, and making recommendations for removal of any obstacles to the implementation of the Project; and (ii) providing comments on reports and reviews prepared by the Local Governments for the benefit of the Association.
Project Technical Committee. The Recipient shall maintain, at all times until the completion of the Project, a Project technical committee (the Project Technical Committee) with a composition, mandate and resources satisfactory to the Association to be responsible for, inter alia: day to day Project management and coordination; review of the proposed Annual Work Program and Budget; carrying out of the Project’s mid-term review; monitoring of progress against the performance indicators referred to in Section II.A of this Schedule and preparation of Project reports on such progress.
Project Technical Committee. (a) The Borrower shall within thirty (30) days after the Effective Date establish and maintain throughout Project implementation a Project Technical Committee (“PTC”). The Borrower shall take all measures required on its behalf to ensure proper functioning of the PTC during implementation of the Project. The PTC shall be comprised of the project coordinators at the MININFRA PCU, LODA-SPIU, CoK-KUUT and the REMA-SPIU, Project focal persons in RWB, MINEMA, RTDA, RHA, RRA, WASAC and Meteo Rwanda, and such other persons as may be agreed between the Borrower and the World Bank and detailed in the PIM.
(b) The PTC shall report to the NSC, and shall be responsible for:
(i) providing, through the implementing entities under the Project, technical advisory support to Project contractors and consultants;
(ii) reviewing implementation progress; (iii) preparation of a monitoring and evaluation capacity building plan; and (iv) such other functions as may be further detailed in the PIM.
(c) The Borrower shall and shall cause to be designated Project focal persons at RWB, MINEMA, RTDA, RHA, RRA, WASAC and Meteo Rwanda who shall provide technical and advisory support to facilitate implementation of the Project.
(d) The PTC shall meet at least once every calendar quarter or more often as warranted to ensure timely implementation of the Project.
Project Technical Committee. (a) The Borrower shall, within six months after the Effective Date, establish and thereafter maintain, until the completion of the Project, the Project Technical Committee in a form and with functions and resources satisfactory to the Association.
(b) The Project Technical Committee shall be responsible for providing periodic scientific and technical advice during Project implementation.
Project Technical Committee. (a) The Recipient shall maintain, at all times during the implementation of the Project, a technical committee with a mandate, composition and resources satisfactory to the Association (“Project Technical Committee”).
(b) Without limitation upon the provisions of paragraph (a) of Section I.A.2 of this Schedule 2, the Project Technical Committee shall be chaired by the director general for ICT from MINCOTIM, with a representative of ARCT as vice-chair and the Project coordinator as secretary and shall be comprised of, inter alia, representatives from SETIC, BRB, OBR, ARMP and the Recipient’s ministries in charge of finance, interior, civil service, solidarity and education.
(c) The Project Technical Committee shall be responsible for the technical aspects of the Project, including, inter alia: (i) submitting the Annual Work Plans and Budgets to the Project Steering Committee; (ii) carrying out monitoring and evaluation of the progress of Project implementation; (iii) facilitating coordination and harmonization of intervention approaches;
Project Technical Committee. (a) The Recipient shall maintain, throughout Project implementation, the Project Technical Committee (“PTC”), with composition and mandate acceptable to the Association.
(b) The PTC shall be chaired by the Director General of Public Works (or an authorized representative), and shall include, at a minimum, a high-level representative from the Road Fund, and technical experts and representatives from the Recipient's ministries responsible for territorial planning and public works, transport, and economy and finance, as further detailed in the POM.
(c) The PTC shall be responsible for the provision of strategic and technical guidance, technical oversight of the Project and support for its effective implementation, and the approval of Annual Work Plans and Budgets.
Project Technical Committee. (a) The Recipient shall, not later than three (3) months after the Effective Date, establish in MPTEN for the Guinea Respective Part of the Project, and thereafter maintain throughout the period of implementation of the Guinea Respective Part of the Project, a technical committee, with attributions, composition and resources acceptable to the Association (“Guinea Technical Committee” or “GNTC”), through legal instruments in form and substance acceptable to the Association.
(b) Without limitation to Section I.A.2(a) of this Schedule, the GNTC shall be chaired by the General Secretary of the MPTEN or his or her designated representative, and include other relevant senior staff of MPTEN, representatives of the Recipient’s regulatory authority for the telecommunications sector, the Recipient’s entities respectively responsible for state digitization, information systems security, submarine capable management, personal data protection, and the representatives of the Recipient’s ministries respectively responsible for finance, budget, trade, and a representative from the Recipient’s central bank. On an ad hoc basis, other experts as may be needed to review the matter under consideration may be invited to participate in meetings of the GNTC.
Project Technical Committee. (“PTC”)
(a) The Recipient shall maintain throughout Project implementation a Project Technical Committee with adequate resources and facilitation, key members holding such qualifications and under terms of reference acceptable to the Association, such members to include the chief economist MINECOFIN, representatives from MINICOM, RDB, National Bank of Rwanda, BRD, BDF, Rwanda Banker’s Association, and the Association of Microfinance Institutions of Rwanda.
(b) The PTC shall be responsible for: (i) providing strategic guidance and technical advisory support for Project implementation; (ii) reviewing implementation progress on a periodic basis; and (iii) resolving any Project coordination and implementation bottlenecks that may arise.
Project Technical Committee. No later than three (3) months after the Effective Date, the Recipient shall establish and thereafter maintain throughout the implementation of the Project, a Project technical committee chaired by the focal point from the XxXX and comprising, amongst others, of focal points from ministries and agencies represented in the Project Steering Committee as well as focal points from RTSA and National Road Fund Agency with mandate, powers and resources satisfactory to the Association (“Project Technical Committee”). The committee shall be responsible for, inter alia, providing technical guidance and support for the implementation of the Project including serving as platform for coordination with the Tanzanian government counterparts on issues related to cross-border facilitation and with relevant regional agencies such as the Central Corridor Transit Transport Facilitation Agency.
Project Technical Committee. The PTC shall support the PSC to oversee Project implementation and shall consist of representatives from MONE, BAPPENAS, MOF, MOM, Ministry of Industry and the Chamber of Commerce. The PTC shall be chaired by the Director of Education and Religious Affairs of BAPPENAS.
