The CLO shall be responsible for, inter alia: (i) liaising with the Bank and all concerned ministries of the Borrower on matters related to the Project; (ii) receiving and reviewing draft annual work plans and budgets to determine consistency with Project targets and the implementation schedule before submitting them to the National Steering Committee;

Project Coordination and Implementation. (a) The Shiraz Water Company shall, not later than _________, 2004, prepare and thereafter maintain, in a form and substance satisfactory to the Bank, a Project Implementation Plan (the Shiraz Project Implementation Plan) which, among other things: (i) sets forth the respective roles and responsibilities applicable to the implementation of its Parts of the Project; and (ii) incorporates the Plan and Framework, the accounting, financial reporting, auditing arrangements, and monitoring and evaluation procedures for its Parts of the Project. (b) The Shiraz Water Company shall carry out its Parts of the Project in accordance with the Shiraz Project Implementation Plan, and except as the Bank shall otherwise agree, the Shiraz Water Company shall not amend or waive any provision of the Shiraz Project Implementation Plan if, in the opinion of the Bank, such amendment or waiver may materially and adversely affect the carrying out of the Project or the achievement of the objectives thereof.

(c) The Borrower shall: (i) maintain the Environmental Management Plan, the Land Acquisition PlanFramework and the Resettlement Policy Framework in a form and substance satisfactory to the Bank; and (ii) cause the Water Companies to implement said Plans and Framework in accordance with the objectives, policies, procedures, time schedules and other provisions set forth therein.
Project Coordination and Implementation. For the sake of meeting deadlines and project agreements, the Supplier must have knowledge of all subprojects that in whole or in part, may influence on the project progress.

The Borrower shall enter into arrangements with NWWEC, satisfactory to the Bank, whereby NWWEC shall assist the Water Companies in the carrying out of the procurement process, under their respective Parts of the Project, of all goods and works financed out of the proceeds of the Loan under international competitive bidding procedures.
Project Coordination and Implementation. 1. At the central level, responsibility for overall project coordination, progress monitoring and implementation shall be vested with DRCR. In implementing the Project, DRCR shall be guided at all times by the processes and procedures contained in the Project Implementation Plan. 2. At the regional and provincial levels, the Project shall be implemented in accordance with the processes and procedures contained in the Project Implementation Plan. Project coordination and implementation shall be ensured by, respectively, DREs and DPEs, which shall each designate qualified staff responsible for the financial, administrative and accounting management of the Project. 3. The Borrower shall, at all times, implement the EMP, the Environmental Assessment Procedures and the Land Acquisition and Resettlement Policy Framework in a manner satisfactory to the Bank, and shall not amend or waive any provision of said Plan, Procedures or Framework without the Bank’s prior agreement.

The Borrower shall maintain a Project Implementation Unit (PIU) to assist MJAO in the carrying out of Parts A, B.1(b), B.2, B.3, C.2, D.1 and E.1 of the Project. The MJAO-PIU shall be responsible for preparing draft annual work plans and progress reports to be submitted to CLO, and for the procurement, financial management and disbursement processes, within approved thresholds, for Parts X, X.0(x), X.0, X.0, X.0, X.0 and E.1 of the Project. 4. The Borrower shall, not later than December 31, 2005, establish a Basin Water Council including an executive committee, and clear set of rules and mechanisms for stakeholders participation, decision-making, coordination, governance structure and a secretariat, under terms of reference acceptable to the Bank, to assist in the implementation of Part C of the Project. 5.   • PURPOSE AND IMPLEMENTATION This Umbrella Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement" or "Umbrella Agreement") shall be for the purpose of collaborative research, development, and testing opportunities on various topics of mutual interest to enable advanced understanding of aeronautics, science, and space systems research and development and to provide workforce development in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) while furthering NASA’s research and development goals. The Parties shall execute one (1) Annex Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Annex") concurrently with this Umbrella Agreement. The Parties may execute subsequent Annexes under this Umbrella Agreement consistent with the purpose and terms of this Umbrella Agreement. This Umbrella Agreement shall govern all Annexes executed hereunder; no Annex shall amend this Umbrella Agreement. Each Annex will detail the specific purpose of the proposed activity, responsibilities, schedule and milestones, and any personnel, property, or facilities to be utilized under the task. This Umbrella Agreement takes precedence over any Annexes. In the event of a conflict between the Umbrella Agreement and any Annex concerning the meaning of its provisions, and the rights, obligations and remedies of the Parties, the Umbrella Agreement is controlling.

  • Order Coordination and Order Coordination-Time Specific 2.1.9.1 “Order Coordination” (OC) allows BellSouth and Lightyear to coordinate the installation of the SL2 Loops, Unbundled Digital Loops (UDL) and other Loops where OC may be purchased as an option, to Lightyear’s facilities to limit end user service outage. OC is available when the Loop is provisioned over an existing circuit that is currently providing service to the end user. OC for physical conversions will be scheduled at BellSouth’s discretion during normal working hours on the committed due date. OC shall be provided in accordance with the chart set forth below. 2.1.9.2 “Order Coordination – Time Specific” (OC-TS) allows Lightyear to order a specific time for OC to take place. BellSouth will make every effort to accommodate Lightyear’s specific conversion time request. However, BellSouth reserves the right to negotiate with Lightyear a conversion time based on load and appointment control when necessary. This OC-TS is a chargeable option for all Loops except Unbundled Copper Loops (UCL) and Universal Digital Channel (UDC), and is billed in addition to the OC charge. Lightyear may specify a time between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m. (location time) Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). If Lightyear specifies a time outside this window, or selects a time or quantity of Loops that requires BellSouth technicians to work outside normal work hours, overtime charges will apply in addition to the OC and OC-TS charges. Overtime charges will be applied based on the amount of overtime worked and in accordance with the rates established in the Access Services Tariff, Section E13.2, for each state. The OC-TS charges for an order due on the same day at the same location will be applied on a per Local Service Request (LSR) basis.
