PTO Prime Time. Prime time is defined as June 1 through Labor Day, Thanksgiving week, and Spring Break and Christmas Break, as defined by the Anchorage School District. Requests for PTO should be submitted and approved by the following dates:

PTO Prime Time. Prime time will be defined from June 1 through September 30 of each year. Requests for prime time PTO submitted by April 1 will be approved on a seniority basis. The prime time PTO schedule will be posted by each April 20. Requests for prime time PTO, submitted after April 1, will be granted on a first come first served basis, if submitted on the same day, then by seniority. Notification will be given to the Employee within nineteen (19) days of submitting a request. PTO will be scheduled in such a manner as to provide adequate core staffing per work area. No more than two (2) calendar weeks of PTO may be granted during prime time unless the employee has greater than seven (7) years of seniority in which case additional weeks of PTO may be granted during prime time.

Requests for PTO should be submitted and approved by the following dates: Written requests for up to two (2) consecutive weeks of prime time PTO received by the submission deadline will be approved based on the following order: number of requests by date of time off, PTO granted during the same prime time period in previous years, nurses with accrued PTO to cover the time requested off, mutual consent to change dates between the nurse and Department Director/Manager and finally bargaining unit seniority. Nurses who request PTO shall have scheduling priority over nurses who request time off without pay. Requests for prime time PTO submitted after the deadline, but before the schedule is posted, will be considered by the manager and approved on a first come first serve basis. PTO submitted after the deadline and/or requests for additional PTO, including a third (3rd) consecutive week, may be granted on an equitable and rotating basis if there are no other competing requests and staffing permits.

November 15 to January 10; and Non-prime time will be defined as all other time periods outside those defined as prime time. PTO will be scheduled in such a manner as to provide adequate core staffing per work area. No more than three (3) consecutive calendar weeks of PTO may be granted during prime time. Employees who receive three (3) consecutive weeks of PTO one year, will be limited to two (2) consecutive weeks of PTO the following year. Prime time requests will be submitted by March 15 and September 15 respectively and reviewed at that time. Prime time PTO approvals will be granted in order of seniority. Management will endeavor to ensure that all team members are able to receive some PTO during the summer season. Employees will not lose accrued PTO if a) the employee has requested time off no later than October 31 and b) the Employer is unable to schedule the time off during the year.

  • Crib Time (i) When an Employee is required to work overtime after the usual ceasing time for the day or shift for two hours or more, he/she shall be allowed to take, without deduction of pay, a crib time of twenty minutes in duration immediately after such ceasing time and thereafter, after each four hours of continuous work, he/she shall be allowed to take also, without deduction of pay, a crib time of 30 minutes in duration. (ii) In the event of an Employee remaining at work after the usual ceasing time without taking the crib time of twenty minutes and continuing at work for a period of two hours or more, he/she shall be regarded as having worked twenty minutes more than the time worked and be paid accordingly.

  • Prime Time Vacation Period Subject to the provisions of this article, it is the intent of the parties that no employee will be restricted in the time of year they choose to take their vacation. The Employer will make every effort to allow employees to take their vacation during the period of April 15th to October 15th inclusive, which will be defined as the prime time vacation period.

  • Wash-Up Time 37.01 Where the Employer determines there is a clear-cut need, wash-up time, to a maximum of ten (10) minutes immediately before the end of a work period, will be permitted.

  • Response Time PROVIDING PARTY shall respond to and resolve any problems in connection with the Corporate Services for RECEIVING PARTY within a commercially reasonable period of time, using response and proposed resolution times consistent with its response and resolution of such problems for itself.

  • DNS update time Refers to the time measured from the reception of an EPP confirmation to a transform command on a domain name, until the name servers of the parent domain name answer “DNS queries” with data consistent with the change made. This only applies for changes to DNS information.

  • Double Time Double time will be paid as follows: (a) For time worked on the calendar Sunday. (b) For time worked on the calendar holidays designated in Section (12.1).

  • Vacation and Paid Time Off The Executive shall be entitled to vacation and paid time off in accordance with the standard policies of the Company for executives as in effect from time to time.

  • Show Up Time An employee who reports to work in the usual manner without having been notified that there is no work available and is sent home because of lack of work before having worked four (4) hours shall receive a minimum of four (4) hours pay at their prevailing hourly rate. The employee shall also receive their full accommodation allowance if and when applicable. Each employee must inform the Employer of a means of being contacted on short notice. If an attempt is made by the Employer at least two (2) hours before the employee’s shift commences by way of the contact information provided, in an effort to inform the employee of a lack of work, and the Employer is unable to do so, the employee will not be entitled to show up time.

  • RDDS update time Refers to the time measured from the reception of an EPP confirmation to a transform command on a domain name, host or contact, up until the servers of the RDDS services reflect the changes made.

  • Business Time From and after the Effective Date, the Executive agrees to devote his full attention during normal business hours to the business and affairs of the Company and to use his best efforts to perform faithfully and efficiently the responsibilities assigned to him hereunder, to the extent necessary to discharge such responsibilities, except for (i) time spent in managing his personal, financial and legal affairs and serving on corporate, civic or charitable boards or committees, in each case only if and to the extent not substantially interfering with the performance of such responsibilities, and (ii) periods of vacation and sick leave to which he is entitled. It is expressly understood and agreed that the Executive's continuing to serve on any boards and committees on which he is serving or with which he is otherwise associated immediately preceding the Effective Date shall not be deemed to interfere with the performance of the Executive's services to the Company.
