RECLASSIFICATION/COMPETENCY STANDARDS. The parties agree that employees will be classified according to the procedure and classifications definitions contained in Appendix B.
RECLASSIFICATION/COMPETENCY STANDARDS. The company and the employees agree that employees will have access to appropriate reclassification and career path progression.
RECLASSIFICATION/COMPETENCY STANDARDS. The employer and the unions agree that employees have access to reclassification and career path progression within the company organisation structure.
RECLASSIFICATION/COMPETENCY STANDARDS. The parties to this agreement agree that employees will have access to reclassification and career path progression consistent with the provisions of the Australian Pay and Classification Scale derived from the Metals, Engineering and Associated Industries Award 1998 and any agreed classification structure.
RECLASSIFICATION/COMPETENCY STANDARDS. The Employer and the Union agree that Employees will have access to reclassification and career path progression consistent with the provisions of this Agreement and an agreed Webforge Skills Audit. The Skills audit / Classification program will be reviewed on an ongoing basis in conjunction with the Consultative committee. The objective being to develop a system that enables employees to receive good training in a timely fashion. To facilitate this, training may need to be undertaken outside of normal work hours, however all steps will be made to ensure training will occur in working hours. If agreed training occurs outside working hours the Employer will cover the costs of training consistent with career path development and negotiate on an individual basis with the employee the time required to gain competency. The parties agree to work together through the Joint Consultative Committee to ensure that reclassification and multi skilling are carried out to both parties satisfaction.
RECLASSIFICATION/COMPETENCY STANDARDS. The parties agree to continue the development of a set of competency standards and a skills matrix that support the objectives of the business, the aim of which is to provide progression and a career path based on acquisition and use of such competency and skills. The Company will utilise two workplace assessors to carry out this process. Dependant on cases it should be anticipated that the assessors conduct assessments twice a year to ensure expediency of classification reviews. When an employee lodges their application for assessment the date will be recorded. If successful in gaining a higher classification the higher rate shall be paid from the date the application was lodged. If the internal assessors cannot reach agreement, the parties shall agree on an independent assessor(s) to undertake the classification review. The outcome by the independent assessors shall be binding on all parties.
RECLASSIFICATION/COMPETENCY STANDARDS. (a) The parties agree that employees will continue to have access to reclassification and career path progression in accordance with the Classification Structure outlined in Annexure “A”, during the life of this Agreement.
RECLASSIFICATION/COMPETENCY STANDARDS. The employer and the union agree that employees have access to reclassification and career path progression. The table of skills and training required for Optical Worker 1-4 and Optical Mechanic 1-4 is attached. (Attachment B)
RECLASSIFICATION/COMPETENCY STANDARDS. USE OF COMPETENCIES The company and the unions agree that employees will have access to reclassification and career path progression consistent with the provisions of Part III and/or any other agreed classification structure. Employees agree to carry out such duties as are within the limits of the employee's skill competence and training consistent with the classification structure in Part 3 of this Collective Agreement provided that such duties are not designed to promote xx-xxxxxxxx. The parties will co-operate to achieve continuous improvements in flexibility and utilisation of skills across the site.
RECLASSIFICATION/COMPETENCY STANDARDS. 46.2.1 The Company and the unions agree to continue to consult about the competency standards and skills matrix that support the objectives of the business, the aim of which is to provide progression and a career path based on acquisition and use of such competency and skills.
