Refund and Cancellation. Refunds
14.1 You can request a refund of the funds on your Voucher by contacting Us via email on xxxx@xxxxxxxxxx.xxx.
14.2 We charge a fee of €20 to cover our administration costs when you have requested a refund (unless you are requesting a refund within the first 14 days following your purchase (when no fee is charged))
14.3 We will refund the unused amount of the funds on the Voucher (less any costs) via the method used to purchase the original voucher.
14.4 We may need to ask for further information at the time you request a refund to comply with our legal obligations, including the carrying out of any ID checks.
Refund and Cancellation. 3.1 No refund will be paid by 100jobstodo to the Client in relation to a gift voucher or any other circumstance reasonably considered by 100jobstodo so as not to warrant a refund as the circumstances could otherwise permit or allow.
3.2 The Client forfeits fifty per cent (50%) of the Payment Amount if the Client:
(a) cancels at any time the Services or any part of the Services set to be provided; and
(b) that cancellation was made within seventy-two (72) hours of that Service to be provided.
3.3 The Client agrees that the forfeited amount is the liquidated damage amount incurred by 100jobstodo arising from the Client’s cancellation.
Refund and Cancellation. REFUND: Membership Program. The membership fee is non-refundable. Air Ambulance Membership if not renewed will automatically be cancelled on the date of expiry. Air Ambulance Flight Bookings : A: Under the 50% discount category(where 50% of tariff is fully paid) and other normal air ambulance booking(fully paid) Charter / Air Ambulance flights once booked can be cancelled as per the below terms and conditions.
Refund and Cancellation. No refund to the Residence Meal Plan will be given unless a student officially withdraws from Sault College. However, you will have 10 days starting from your academic start date to choose an alternate meal plan option if the one you chose is not working for you. After day 10, you will not be permitted to make any changes. In the case of an official academic withdrawal, a refund will be given on any unused balance of the meal plan once the minimum per semester costs have been considered. An administrative fee of $70 applies to all refunds. The Chartwells portion of the Residence Meal Plan, further to Canada Revenue Agency rules, is a non-taxable plan for prepared meals and it is required that a minimum of $1,015 to be consumed under the Chartwells portion of the plan per semester. Any other monies can be transferred to the second semester. All monies must be used by end of the academic school year. Standard and Enhanced meal plans are eligible for tax-free savings at the point of sale. Food services on campus will be closed from Dec 25, 2020 through Jan 4, 2021 during the College’s winter closure. Meal Plans will not be usable during the Colleges closure. Meal Plan holders are responsible for making alternate arrangements for meals during this time if remaining in residence during Colleges closures. Hours of operations will be reduced during times where there are no scheduled academic classes: Jan 4, 2021 to Jan 10, 2021, Holiday weekends: Thanksgiving (Oct 9, 2020 to Oct 12, 2020), Family Day (Feb 13, 2021 to Feb 15, 2021), Spring Break (Mar 12, 2021 to Mar 21, 2021), and Easter (Apr 2, 2021 to Apr 4, 2021). Neither Sault College nor any of its contractors are liable for non-performance of its obligations under this agreement where such non- performance is due to strike, fire, explosion, war, act of God, vandalism, or any other causes beyond the control of Sault College or its contractors. Sault College, Chartwells and SCSU will make every effort to inform students of all planned closures or reduced operations.
Refund and Cancellation. (a) Club Cancellation
1) The Club reserves the right to cancel a membership at any time without notice due to non-payment, inappropriate behavior, theft or damage, or any breach of this agreement by the Member and/or his or her guest, as applicable.
2) If a Club cancels a membership, all dues and fees paid at that time are considered fully earned and will not be prorated or refunded.
Refund and Cancellation. (a) The Astrologer acknowledges that all services provided through the platform are chargeable. In the event that a user or customer submits a complaint requesting a refund for any payment made on the website, the complaint will be reviewed by the Administrator/Compliance Team. If the complaint is deemed valid, a refund will be issued, either in full or partially, without the need for the Astrologer's approval. The decision made by BK ASTRO SERVICE PRIVATE LIMITED regarding the refund will be final, and once the refund is processed, both the Astrologer and our team will be bound by this decision.
(b) For international users seeking consultation via the website, any payment made through the payment gateway will also be subject to review if a refund request is raised. If a refund is granted to any foreign user, the refund will be processed by the Astrologer as well.
(c) Notwithstanding the above, refunds will only be considered for services rendered within the last three years from the date of the user's refund request.
Refund and Cancellation. 27.1 If the Hirer wishes to cancel a Hire Booking, the Hirer acknowledges that:
(a) a minimum notice period of 24 hours must be given on all cancellations prior to the start time and date of the Hire Booking in order to receive a refund;
(b) a holding and cancellation fee of twenty percent (20%) of the booked hire fee (or part thereof) calculated from the time of booking will be deducted from the refund;
(c) any notice pursuant to this clause is to be made by contacting Trailer2You by telephone at the details set out in the Hire Booking or otherwise on the Trailer2You App.
27.2 The Hirer will be charged the Hire Charges for the Hire Period if:
(a) the booking is cancelled within 24 hours to the Start of the Hire; or
(b) the Hirer fails to notify Trailer2You of the intended cancellation prior to the Start of the Hire and fails to be at the agreed location to take delivery of the trailer, unless Trailer2You is able to rent the Trailer to another Hirer for an equivalent term and rate.
27.3 A cancellation is not effective until acknowledged and confirmed by Trailer2You.
27.4 There is no refund for early return of the Trailer prior to expiry of the Hire Period, unless otherwise agreed in writing with Trailer2You (at its sole discretion).
Refund and Cancellation. 4.2.3.1 If the Customer terminates this Master Subscription Agreement in accordance with clause 7, already paid Subscription Fees will not be refunded.
4.2.3.2 Subscriptions to Airtame Cloud cannot be cancelled and the Customer may only terminate this Master Subscription Agreement in accordance with clause 7.1.

8.2 If for any reason refund needs to be provided for payments made through net banking, Dgnote will process the refund within 30 days after we receive and process your request.
Refund and Cancellation. CSA is a season-long commitment and relationship between the xxxxxx and member. When you sign up, your payment is immediately invested in our farm through the purchase of seeds, soil amendments (compost), tools, etc. Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds if you choose to cancel your membership. If you choose to cancel, please contact us.
