Refunds and Cancellation a. Clients may cancel purchases and receive a refund, less any bank processing fees, within 4 days of purchase.
b. Passes for 1, 8, 12, 15 sessions or Foundations Training Course are not eligible for refund, hold, or extension.
c. Month-to-month: Cancellation available at any time. Written notice required. Cancellations cannot be back-dated. A cancellation fee of $50 + tax will apply.

If the Hirer cannot attend The Kitchen hire booking for the duration of the booking period, the Hirer may have the option to reschedule to another date (if available) if at least 3 days’ notice is given. If less than 3 days’ notice is given, rescheduling will require full payment for the new booking date. Please note that all bookings are subject to availability and SoE reserves the right to cancel a booking should the kitchen be unusable for any OHS reason or due to any potential emergency, natural event or situation beyond the control of SoE.
Refunds and Cancellation. 4.1 The Customer must initiate a Refund if: an End customer cancels or returns goods or services and the Transaction relating to the goods or services has previously been charged to the End customer, an incorrect Transaction was previously charged to the End customer, for example when the goods or services have not been delivered. a Refund may not be used for purposes other than the above or as otherwise set out in the Agreement.
4.2 The Customer must initiate Cancellation: if the End customer has completed a duplicate order in accordance with paragraph 2.9, if a correction needs to be made to a Transaction that has not been included in the previous Closing balance, to correct a Transaction that has proved to be fraudulent and the goods or services have not been delivered, or if correction of an incorrect Transaction occurs immediately after the Transaction. A Refund or Cancellation may only be made to the same Credit card that was used in the Transaction and may not exceed the amount of the Transaction. The Customer or, where applicable, the Unattended equipment may not issue cash, a cheque, a voucher or other payment instructions instead of a Refund or Cancellation. Customer receipts regarding Refund and Cancellation may be signed by the Customer's representative where applicable.
4.3 A Service charge previously calculated and/or paid for the Transaction will not be refunded in the case of Refund and Cancellation.

Refunds and Cancellation. Except as otherwise specified by Elevation Hydration at checkout, Membership Fees are non-refundable and Membership is non-cancelable. Once checkout or renewal is complete you may not change the Membership level selected without the prior consent of Elevation Hydration which may be granted or withheld at Elevation Hydration’s discretion and may require payment of an increased Membership Fee. Elevation Hydration provides Members the opportunity to access certain Services subject to the terms of this Agreement and the additional practice policies and procedures described on the Elevation Hydration Website or notified to you by Elevation Hydration from time to time. So long as Elevation Hydration has made such Services available in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and the additional practice policies and procedures described on the Elevation Hydration Website or notified to you by Elevation Hydration from time to time, your failure to avail yourself of such Services is not grounds for cancellation or refund/credit. Elevation Hydration shall have no liability or responsibility for interruptions in the availability of or access to Services outside of Elevation Hydration’s control and such interruptions shall not be grounds for cancellation or refund/credit.
