Regular Daily and Weekly Hours. Regular daily and weekly hours shall be deemed to be up to eight (8) and forty (40) respectively for Regular Part‐Time and Auxiliary Employees except in the case of a Regular Part‐Time or an Auxiliary Employee working in a classification normally occupied by a Regular Full‐Time Employee. In such cases the regular hours of the Regular Part‐Time or Auxiliary Employee shall be deemed to be up to the regular hours of the Regular Full‐Time Employee.
