RENTER’S OBLIGATIONS. Renter shall not store dangerous, noxious, filthy, offensive, explosive, highly flammable or illegal materials in the rented space and shall be responsible for any environmental damage that may be occasioned by their RV, con- tents, or other stored vehicle. All propane tanks need to be shut off at the tank when stored. Renter represents and warrants that he/she is in lawful possession of all goods stored in the Rental space. Renter agrees to advise West Tampa Storage in writing of the full name and address of any person or corporation other than the Renter who has an interest in any of the goods stored in the Rental space. West Tampa Storage may require Renter to advise West Tampa Storage in writing of the name of any person au- thorized by Renter to have access to the Rental space. Renter shall be legally responsible for any damage, loss or injury caused by any person brought onto the premises by Renter, or visiting the Rental space with Renter’s permission. West Tampa Storage will not knowingly release any property to any other person/corporation than those listed on Rental agreement; however access to the site after hours implies that any owner wishing can re- move their property at their discretion. This activity will be recorded on camera but will not be controlled by West Tampa Storage. Renter shall not carry on any business out of the Rental space and shall not use the space for any unlawful pur- poses. No renting RV’s, Boats or trailers from the WTS facility. All this type of activity must be off WTS property. Renter shall not cause damage or to disturb, interfere with or do anything which is liable to cause injury or loss to other persons or property on the premises. Maximum speed limit on the property is 10 MPH. Renter shall park their RV/vehicle/trailer in its entirety within their assigned spot. Prior to termination of this Agreement, Renter shall remove all goods and any litter from the space. Renter shall, at his/her sole cost and expense make good any damage caused to the Rental space resulting from the storage or removal of goods from the Rental space. Renter shall advise West Tampa Storage of any changes in Renter’s mailing address and phone number in writ- ing. Renter shall only use West Tampa Storage approved vendors to service their RV, boat or Trailer while on the West Tampa Storage property limits. QAM, at all times, shall keep in a clean and orderly condition and appearance all the rented areas within the Leased Premises and all of QAM’ fixtures, equipment and personal property which are located thereon. QAM shall not store aircraft service vehicles, tugs, fuel trucks, fork lifts, mobile equipment, cargo, or other personal property inside the Leased Premises unless the same are in common use in QAM’ aviation related operations. The Leased Premises shall not be used for the storage of motor vehicles, recreational vehicles or boats. QAM shall not commit or suffer to be committed any nuisance on or inside the Leased Premises. QAMs shall conduct its operations in an orderly and property manner so as not to annoy, disturb, or be offensive to others at the Airport. QAMs shall take all reasonable measures to keep the sound level of its operations as low as reasonably possible. QAMs shall not permit the accumulation of any rubbish, trash or other waste material in or about the Leased Premises. QAM shall not store any gasoline or other material likely to give off fumes or gases or any material likely to constitute a fire, safety or security hazard in the Leased Premises, except in tanks and in the manner approved by appropriate governmental authorities. QAM shall not cause or permit any hazardous or flammable substance to be used, stored, generated or disposed of on the Airport or Leased Premises, except as otherwise provided herein.
RENTER’S OBLIGATIONS. Renter shall use the Furniture in a reasonably careful and proper manner and shall not permit any Furniture to be used in violation of any applicable federal, state, or local statute, law, ordinance, rule, or regulation relating to the possession, use or maintenance of the Furniture. Renter shall use only authorized Xxxxxx Xxxxxx (furniture manufacturer) service providers to reconfigure, reassemble, disassemble, repair and maintain Furniture. Renter agrees to reimburse Ariba for all damage to the Furniture arising from misuse or negligent acts by Renter, its employees and its agents. If any Furniture covered by this Agreement is damaged, lost, stolen or destroyed, or if any Furniture is damaged as a result of its use, maintenance or possession, Renter shall promptly notify Ariba of the occurrence and shall file all necessary reports, including those required by law and those required by insurers of the Furniture. Renter represents and warrants that the Furniture will be used for business purposes consistent with all use requirements and restrictions under the Sublease.
