REPLACEMENT OF STAFF. With documented justification, the Authorized User may request the removal or replacement of any staff. The Contractor must do so in the most expeditious manner possible. Any associated cost will be borne by the Contractor. As documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer is the sole responsibility of the Contractor, the replacement staff will be provided at no cost during the knowledge transfer period.
REPLACEMENT OF STAFF. R.1 For efficient replacement of staff, Registered Nurses are requested to submit a letter of resignation to their Director four (4) weeks in advance of the date of resignation, whenever possible.
R.2 A Registered Nurse leaving the Hospital shall be paid all money owed to her by the Hospital within 7 working days of her last day worked. In cases of urgency, a special request to Payroll to have the funds available earlier than seven (7) working days will be given every consideration.
REPLACEMENT OF STAFF. If the Insured Person requires Hospitalization due to an Injury or Illness, as specified in Policy Schedule / Certificate of Insurance during the Travel Period, then We will pay the costs of a direct route economy class airfare or a fixed amount, as specified in the Policy Schedule / Certificate of Insurance, for a replacement staff member of Insured Person’s organisation to travel from the Country of Residence/City of Residence to the place of Hospitalization of the Insured Person. This Benefit will be payable provided that:
a. The treating Medical Practitioner certifies that the Insured Person is required to be hospitalized for at least 5 consecutive days or minimum number of days as specified in the Certificate of Insurance;
b. The replacement staff member’s travel to the place of Hospitalization of the Insured Person shall commence not later than 20 days from the commencement of the Insured Person's Hospitalization;
c. The need of such replacement staff member is essential and certified by You in writing as necessary to minimize the loss of business and/or violation of Your contractual obligations.
REPLACEMENT OF STAFF. MRI Centre ac- cepts and agrees that in the event that a Radiologist or any of the team mem- bers becomes unable to provide Servi- ces and no replacement acceptable to Sponsor is available this Agreement can be terminated in accordance with clause 12.1 below.
REPLACEMENT OF STAFF. 19.1 When a position is to be filled due to an employee resigning or being terminated, Council shall advertise the position consistent with sub-clause 19.2.
19.2 Advertising of the vacant position shall occur as soon as possible after the vacancy has been created and shall occur consistent with Council’s requirements as an Equal Employment Opportunity employer. Where three or more appropriately qualified and experienced internal applicants are likely to be available for consideration for placement in the position, the position will be advertised, in the first instance, to existing Council employees. Where this is found not to be the case, the position will be advertised externally.
REPLACEMENT OF STAFF. Contractor recognizes that the efficient implementation and accomplishment of goals and objectives of the program greatly depend on continuity of the company’s project management staff on site and periodic review by its upper management. Therefore, frequent turnover and/or continued vacancy of project management staff on site could result in termination of the contract for its remaining term. Contractor shall provide to the City immediate notice when a position becomes vacant. Contractor will be given ninety (90) days to replace any vacancy. For each day following this initial ninety (90) days’ time that a position is vacant, Contractor shall reduce the monthly invoice billed (refund) the City in an amount equal to the cost of the vacant position. In determining the salary amount of the vacant position, Contractor shall prorate the monthly gross income rate and shall include any fringe benefits allocated to this position. Notice of this vacancy and reduction in costs shall continue until the full staffing has occurred. Contractor will have the right to temporarily fill any vacant position with qualified personnel upon approval by the City. Days during which said temporary staff is utilized shall not be counted toward the ninety (90) day’ time allotment beyond which reimbursement is due the City. No vacant position shall be staffed with a temporary employee longer than one hundred and eighty (180) days for the Project Manager, Assistant Project Managers, Lab Director and IPP Manager, and no longer than ninety (90) days for all nonmanagement staff. The Project/Plant Manager, the Assistant Project Manager (Plant) and Assistant Project Manager (IPP Coordinator) shall be subject to the City’s approval for a period of three (3) months from the date of appointment. Any subsequent replacement of management staff is subject to review and approval of the City prior to hiring.
REPLACEMENT OF STAFF. 17.1. The contractor shall not make changes to the agreed staff without the prior approval of the contracting authority. The contractor must on its own initiative propose a replacement in the following cases:

The contractor shall undertake to comply with any such request within two working days, unless agreed otherwise in writing between EASO and the contractor. The replacement member of staff shall comply with the same criteria and have the same qualifications and must be able to take over the contractual tasks under the same conditions.
REPLACEMENT OF STAFF. In the event of a suspension or repatriation in accordance with Clause 20.4 then the Consulting Engineer shall forthwith arrange a replacement person of suitable experience and such person shall be approved by the Client prior to the replacement.
