Reporting and Administration. 6.1 Companies participating in this dispensation shall be required to report on a six monthly basis to the bargaining council in respect of the staff contemplated in clause 1.4 above.
6.2 Such report shall cover at least the following matters: • Number of employees on scheme • Trends in overall employment in the company • Single or multi-factor productivity (OR OTHER) improvements • Average earnings of those in the scheme as a percentage of the full guaranteed bargaining council agreement rates
6.3 The trade union shall be entitled to all information related to a plant level incentive scheme.

If any reinsurance premium is not paid within the allotted time set forth in Section 7.3, the Reinsurer has the right to terminate its liability on the reinsurance risks on the statement by giving [ ] calendar days advance written notice to the Ceding Company. If the net amount due to the Reinsurer is not paid by the close of the [ ] day period following the notice, the Reinsurer’s liability shall terminate for the aforementioned risks. Regardless of these terminations, the Ceding Company shall be liable to the Reinsurer for all unpaid reinsurance premiums earned by them.

Reporting and Administration. 8.1 The AIFM, the Delegated Portfolio Manager and any other Delegate, as may be agreed by the Board from time to time, shall meet with the Board at least four times a year (and more often when in the Board's reasonable view the circumstances so justify) to review the performance of the Investments and to discuss the Investment Policy and Investment Restrictions. In addition, the AIFM shall ensure that it and the Delegated Portfolio Manager, shall:
8.1.1 promptly, upon becoming aware of the same, provide the Board with full details of any significant events affecting the Investments of which the Company ought reasonably to be informed, provided the Company is not already aware of the same;
8.1.2 report on a monthly basis to the Board on its activities and advice and the assets and liabilities of the Company and its subsidiaries, such reports to include:
(a) details, including its valuations, of the Investments, which for the avoidance of doubt shall not mean valuations required to be performed by the AIFM Rules; and
(b) details of acquisitions or disposals of Investments, and the prices at which these were made;
8.1.3 provide such reports and valuations, all advice, information and services reasonably necessary and required by the Board to enable it to assess the appropriateness of the Investment Policy and Investment Restrictions and their implementation on a continuing basis, including researching and interpreting commercial developments relevant to the Company's business and making recommendations that may be accepted by the Board from time to time.
8.2 The AIFM, the Delegated Portfolio Manager and any other Delegate, as may be agreed by the Board from time to time shall, if so required by the Board, attend meetings of the Board as soon as reasonably practicable after the submission of any report referred to in Clause 8.1, and at such other times as the Board may reasonably require for the purposes of discussing such report and the Investment Policy and Investment Restrictions.
8.3 To the extent the AIFM or any Delegate is in possession of accounts, books or records relating to the Company, the AIFM shall permit the Company, the Company's duly authorised agents (including, for the avoidance of doubt, its auditors) and any competent governmental or regulatory body access to all such accounts, books and records during office hours on giving at least 2 Business Days' prior notice to the AIFM.
