REPORTING AND CALL-IN ALLOWANCE. Employees who are scheduled and who report for work shall, if their regular job is not available, receive a minimum of four (4) hours work or four (4) hours pay at his/her regular rate. The minimum reporting pay is not guaranteed if the employee has been actually notified not to report for work, or in the case of the Act of God or area-wide power failure.

The provisions of this Article do not apply if the employees begin work one (1) hours or less before their regular shift. (b) Employees who are called in outside of their regularly assigned hours from 11:00 p.m. Saturday to 11:00 p.m. Sunday will receive no less than four (4) hours at double time their hourly rate. The provisions of this Article do not apply if the employees begin work one (1) hour or less before their regular shift. 13.04 If employees find they will not be able to report for work they shall, as soon as possible, make every reasonable effort to notify the Company prior to their scheduled starting time, or in the case of an emergency, as soon as possible thereafter.
REPORTING AND CALL-IN ALLOWANCE. 14.01 When an employee reports for his/her scheduled shift, without having been previously notified not to report and work is not available, he shall be paid for three (3) hours at his/her regular rate of pay. 14.02 An employee called in and required to work outside his/her regular scheduled shift shall receive a minimum of three (3) hours pay at his/her regular rate of pay.

Any training session offered by the Company will result in four (4) hours pay or an offer of four (4) hours of work. In the event that an employee is required to come in after the completion of the regular work shift for the purpose of pulling or distributing pay cheques, such employees will be paid four (4) hours pay at his/her regular rate of pay or the appropriate overtime rate whichever is greater, and he/she shall be required to perform only the functions of pulling and distributing pay cheques. 15.2 Seniority employee(s) reporting for work as scheduled, unless given notice not to report, and who commence work will be offered employment in any work available at their regular hourly rate until the first major shift break. In no event will this be less than the provisions of 15.1. 15.3 When an employee, with seniority, is required to report for emergency work at a time other than his/her regular working hours, he/she shall be paid at his straight time rate or the appropriate overtime rate covered in Article 14 and will not receive less than the equivalent of four (4) hours pay at time and one-half (1½) their normal straight time rate. It is understood that the employee will be required to perform only the emergency work for which he/she was called in.

(a) If an employee finds he will not be able to report for work, he shall, as soon as possible make every reasonable effort to notify the Supervisor or security guard prior to his scheduled starting, or in the case of an emergency, as soon as possible thereafter. Upon notifying the Supervisor or a security guard, the employee will give the reason for his absence. (b) When an eight (8) or twelve (12) hour shift employee has been absent for twenty-four (24) work hours, or a ten (10) hour shift employee has been absent for twenty (20) work hours, he shall give the Company at least eight (8) hours notice of his intent to return. When an eight (8) or twelve (12) hour shift employee has been absent for less than twenty- four (24) work hours, or a ten (10) hour shift employee has been absent for less than twenty (20) work hours, he shall give the Company at least four (4) hours notice of his intent to return. If he fails to give the required notice and a replacement has been obtained, he may forfeit his right to work that shift.
