Requirements and Terms. A. Students who have completed an associate’s degree and who have a cumulative average of 2.5 or above will be accepted into Utica College. Transfer student applicants who do not meet these criteria will be evaluated individually. B. Students with an associate’s degree are exempt from components I and II of Utica College’s core requirements. C. Students who transfer 30 credits of liberal arts and sciences with at least two courses in each of UC’s three categories of component II core, including one lab science course, will be exempt from component II of core, but not necessarily exempt from component I of core. D. Students with at least 30 credits of liberal arts and sciences but fewer than two courses in any of the three areas or lacking a lab science must take whatever core courses are necessary to equal two in each area, including a lab science for component II, and must complete all of component I. E. A bachelor of science requires that 60 of the 120 credits required for graduation be in the liberal arts. F. Transfer credit will be given for courses with a grade of C or better with a maximum of 60 transfer credits given students with a MVCC associate’s degree in business administration. Credit will be granted according to the appended list of equivalent courses or as general elective credit.

Students who have been awarded the Ontario College Diploma* in General Arts and Sciences and who have a cumulative grade point average of 2.5 or above will be accepted into Utica College. *Equivalent to a US Associates of Art, Associates in Applied Science, or Associates in Science degree. B. Students with an Associate’s Degree or equivalent are exempt from Components I and II of Utica College’s Core requirements. C. Transfer credit will be given for courses with a grade of “C” or better with a maximum of 60 transfer credits given to students with the Ontario College Diploma. D. A Bachelor of Arts/Science Degree from Utica College requires that 50% of the credits required for graduation be in the liberal arts and sciences. E. F. Non-native English speaking students are required to have a minimum TOFEL score of 525 (195 computer-based) to prove English language proficiency.
Requirements and Terms. (1) The term of a Net Recovery Buyout Recap- ture Agreement is 10 years. Net Recov- ery Buyout Recapture Agreements are secured by a lien on the former bor- rower’s real estate. (2) If the former borrower sells or conveys real estate within the 10-year term, the former borrower must repay the Agency the lesser of: (i) The market value of the real es- xxxx parcel at the time of sale or con- veyance, as determined by an Agency appraisal, minus the portion of the re- covery value of the real estate paid to the Agency in the buyout; (ii) The market value of the real es- xxxx parcel at the time of the sale or conveyance, as determined by an Agen- cy appraisal, minus: (A) The unpaid balance of prior liens at the time of the sale or conveyance; and (B) The net recovery value of the real estate the borrower paid to the Agency in the buyout if this amount has not been accounted for as a prior lien; (iii) The total amount of the FLP debt the Agency wrote off for loans se- cured by real estate. (3) If the former borrower does not pay the amount due, the Agency will liquidate the Net Recovery Buyout ac- count in accordance with subpart H of this part.

Transfer credit will be given for courses with a grade of “C” or better with a maximum of 64 transfer credits given to students with an HCCC Associate’s Degree in Human Services. A borrower is ineligible for continued Agency assistance if the borrower, or a third party on the borrower’s behalf, submits information to the Agency that the borrower knows to be false. (a) Xxxxx xx options. (1) The borrower may repay the amount of the unau- thorized assistance in a lump sum within 90 days of Agency notice. (2) If the borrower is unable to repay the entire amount in a lump sum, the Agency will accept partial repayment of the unauthorized assistance within 90 days of Agency notice to the extent of the borrower’s ability to repay. (3) If the borrower is unable to repay all or part of the unauthorized amount, the loan will be converted to a Non- program loan under the following con- ditions: (i) The borrower did not provide false information; (ii) It is in the interest of the Agen- cy; (iii) The debt will be subject to the interest rate for Non-program loans; (iv) Th...

SUNY Canton students transferring with Associate’s Degrees will have junior status and most will be able to complete requirements for a Bachelor’s Degree in Health Studies within two calendar years and the Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy within a total of three calendar years. B. The Bachelor’s from Utica College is a Syracuse University degree. The Master’s from Utica College is a Utica College degree. C. SUNY Canton transfer students are eligible for scholarship and financial aid the same as other continuing students. D. Utica College will provide housing in campus residence halls within the guidelines and practices governing availability of housing for continuing students. E. SUNY Canton transfer students are eligible to participate in internships, externships, co-ops, field placements, and study abroad opportunities open to continuing students. Requirements and Terms. To be eligible for the benefits of this agreement, Bristol students must: A. Not have been subject to any disciplinary action at Bristol; B. Meet the same general and program-specific admissions requirements as all other students applying to BSC; C. Complete a minimum of 31 credits at BSC (BSC will accept up to 90 transfer credits) in order to complete the bachelor’s degree in Bay State College’s Criminal Justice/Digital Forensics and Cyber Security. X. Xxxx earned a final grade of “C-“ (1.7 on a 4.0 scale) or better in any class that is to be considered for transfer of credit to BSC; E. Meet all listed requirements for the relevant bachelor’s degree at BSC, as detailed in the program- specific flow sheets and advising guides developed jointly between BSC and Bristol; F. Comply with all College and individual program requirements, policies, and procedures that are in effect at the time of enrollment; X. Xxxx receive equal consideration with others seeking financial aid and BSC scholarships if they qualify; H. Communicate any curriculum changes and policies which affect the agreed upon relationship. Both parties reserve the right to amend or revise, by mutual consent and in writing, this agreement, or to change curriculum, whenever feasible; I. Review this agreement every year and adjust or amend this agreement, as deemed appropriate, to maintain the integrity of each institution as well as for the improvement of the transfer process and student articulation; J. Communicate to their respective populations of the established relationships, which may include informational sessions on the campus of Bristol; X. Notify the other party, in writing and at any time, if they want to terminate this agreement. Should the agreement be terminated, any Bristol student who has enrolled through this articulation program prior to termination will be allowed to complete the program within a five-year period consistent with all policies and procedures of BSC; L. Allow the other party to enter into similar agreements with other institutions of higher education.
